Compared to similarly shaped, known graphic marks, a graphic mark based on an industrial design is distinguished from other known marks of this type by its new, individual character, manifested in the features of lines and shapes. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in the drawing, which shows views of eight variations of the graphic mark based on the industrial design, wherein Fig. 1 shows the first variation of the graphic mark, Fig. 2 shows the second variation of the industrial design, Fig. 3 shows the third variation of the industrial design, Fig. 4 shows the fourth variation of the industrial design, Fig. 5 shows the fifth variation of the industrial design, Fig. 6 shows the sixth variation of the industrial design, Fig. 7 shows the seventh variation of the industrial design, and Fig. 8 shows the eighth variation of the industrial design.
