Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przeja- wiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie i ukladzie linii, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych. Pokrowiec wedlug wzoru zdobniczego przedstawiony jest na zala- czonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia czesc siedzis- kowa pokrowca w widoku od przpdu, fig. 2 - czesc siedziskowa zalozona na siedzisko w widoku z góry, fig. 3 - czesc oparciowa pokrowca w widoku od przodu, fig. 4 - czesc oparciowa w widoku od tylu, fig. 5 - czesc oparciowa zalozona na oparcie w widoku z góry, fig. 6 - obie czesci pokrowca zalozone na fotel w wido- ku z przodu. Pokrowiec ma dwie czesci - siedziskowa i oparciowa. Czesc siedziskowa ma ksztalt nieregularnej figury z wycieciami i wypustami po bokach. Przednia krawedz tej czesci jest prosta,boczne krawedzie maja wypusty o ramionach lukowych, usytuowane posrodku krawedzi. Tylna krawedz ma dwa lukowe wyciecia wyzna- czajace trzy wypusty. Boczne lukowe ramiona skrajnych wypustów tylnej krawedzi przechodza w lukowe ramiona wypustów krawedzi bocznych. Czesc oparciowa ma przód i tyl, polaczone ze soba w formie ko- szulki, dluzszej z przodu, krótszej z tylu, ze otworem srodko- wym i dwoma otworami bocznymi. Przód czesci oparciowej ma ksztalt nieregularnej figury z wy- cieciami i wypustami po bokach. Górna krawedz tej czesci ma trzy lukowe wyciecia, wyznaczajace fragmenty obrysu otworu srodkowego i otworów bocznych tej czesci. Boczne krawedzie maja po trzy lukowe wyciecia wyznaczajace dwa wypusty, z których górne lacza sie z tylem czesci oparciowej wyznaczajac kolejne fragmenty otworów bocznych czesci oparciowej. Dolna krawedz ma dwa lukowe wyciecia wyznaczajace trzy wypusty. Boczne lukowe ramiona skrajnych wypustów dolnej krawedzi przechodza w lukowe ramiona dolnych wypustów bocznych krawedzi. Tyl czesci oparciowej ma prosta dolna krawedz przechodzaca w lukowy zarys górnych wypustów. Górna krawedz tylu ma trzy lu- kowe wyciecia dopelniajace pozostale fragmenty otworu srodkowe- go i dwóch otworów bocznych. Obie czesci zaopatrzone sa w gumki sciagajace i zaczepy. PL PLRear Car Seat Cover The right of registration of an ornamental design is valid from: October 1, 2000 The subject of the ornamental design is a rear car seat cover. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape and line arrangement, intended to achieve aesthetic purposes. The cover according to the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the seat portion of the cover from the front, Fig. 2 - the seat portion fitted to the seat, Fig. 3 - the backrest portion of the cover from the front, Fig. 4 - the backrest portion, Fig. 5 - the backrest portion fitted to the backrest, Fig. 6 - both parts of the cover fitted to the seat, from the front. The cover has two sections – the seat and the backrest. The seat section has an irregular shape with cutouts and projections on the sides. The front edge of this section is straight, while the side edges have projections with arc-shaped arms located in the center of the edge. The rear edge has two arc-shaped cutouts defining three projections. The lateral arc-shaped arms of the outermost projections of the rear edge merge into the arc-shaped arms of the projections of the side edges. The backrest section has a front and back, connected together like a shirt, longer in the front and shorter in the back, with a central opening and two side openings. The front of the backrest section has an irregular shape with cutouts and projections on the sides. The upper edge of this part has three arc-shaped cutouts, defining portions of the outline of the central opening and the side openings of this part. The side edges each have three arc-shaped cutouts defining two projections, the upper ones of which connect to the back of the backrest section, defining subsequent portions of the side openings of the backrest section. The lower edge has two arc-shaped cutouts defining three projections. The lateral arc-shaped arms of the outermost projections of the lower edge merge into the arc-shaped arms of the lower projections of the side edges. The back of the backrest section has a straight lower edge, blending into the arc-shaped outline of the upper projections. The upper edge of the back has three arc-shaped cutouts complementing the remaining portions of the central opening and two side openings. Both parts are equipped with elastic bands and hooks.
