Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lampion nagrobny, sluzacy do umieszczania w nim zniczy lub swiec. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na ilustracjach gdzie fig. 1 pokazuje widok czolowy lampionu, a fig. 2 i 3 widoki perspektywiczne lampionu. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, który przejawia sie w ksztalcie i fakturze powierzchni. Lampion nagrobny wedlug wzoru zdobniczego sklada sie z podstawy oraz scian bocznych. Podstawe stanowia dwa okregi. Od mniejszego znajdujacego sie na srodku odbiegaja cztery ramiona w ksztalcie prostokatów rozszerzonych przy stronie zewnetrznej. Ramiona te lacza sie z wiekszym okregiem. W mniejszym okregu znajduje sie wglebienie w ksztalcie kola przeznaczone na srube. Do podstawy zamontowane sa cztery nózki w ksztalcie walca. Sciany boczne lampionu stanowia cztery prostokatne, podluzne i wypukle ku zewnatrz ramki. Wewnatrz kazdej znajduje sie wciecie w ksztalcie owalu zwezajacego sie ku dolowi, niezapelnione zadnym materialem. Dól kazdej ramki jest szerszy i zawiera pólokragle wglebienie. Kazda ramka, na obwodzie ma nierówna, chropowata powierzchnie przypominajaca kore drze- wa. Ramka przednia stanowi drzwiczki, które sa umocowane na dwóch zawiasach, jeden na samym dole lampionu, drugi na samej górze umozliwiajace swobodne ich otwieranie i zamykanie. Na przed- niej ramce, po lewej stronie znajduje sie niewielki uchwyt umozliwiajacy otwarcie drzwiczek. Górna czesc lampionu sklada sie z trzech prostokatnych ramion, które stykaja sie z tylna i bocznymi scianami lampionu. Cechy istotne wzoru o charakterze nowosci to charakterystyczne wciecia kazdej sciance lam- pionu, charakterystyczne drzwiczki oraz chropowata, przypominajaca kore drzewa faktura lampionu. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the illustrations, where fig. 1 shows the front view of the lantern, and fig. 2 and 3 perspective views of the lantern. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, which is manifested in the shape and texture of the surface. The grave lantern according to the ornamental pattern consists of a base and side walls. The base is made up of two circles. Four arms in the shape of rectangles extended on the outside extend from the smaller one located in the middle. These arms connect to the larger circle. In the smaller circle there is a recess in the shape of a circle intended for a screw. Four cylindrical legs are mounted to the base. The side walls of the lantern are four rectangular, elongated and convex outwards frames. Inside each there is an oval-shaped indentation narrowing towards the bottom, not filled with any material. The bottom of each frame is wider and contains a semicircular recess. Each frame, on its perimeter, has an uneven, rough surface resembling tree bark. The front frame is a door, which is mounted on two hinges, one at the very bottom of the lantern, the other at the very top, allowing it to be opened and closed freely. On the front frame, on the left side, there is a small handle that allows the door to be opened. The upper part of the lantern consists of three rectangular arms, which are in contact with the back and side walls of the lantern. The essential features of the design with a novelty character are characteristic indentations in each wall of the lantern, characteristic doors and rough, tree-bark-like texture of the lantern.
