Fig. 2. przedstawia statyw w pozycji roboczej w rzucie bocznym. Fig. 3. przedstawia statyw w pozycji roboczej, w ujeciu perspektywicznym z przodu. Fig. 4. przedstawia statyw w pozycji roboczej, w ujeciu perspektywicznym z przodu, z ukosa. Fig. 5. przedstawia statyw w pozycji roboczej, w ujeciu perspektywicznym z przodu, z ukosa, z zarysem telefonu na statywie. Fig. 6. przedstawia statyw w formie zlozonej na plasko. Szczelina ma specyficzny wyglad (Fig. 2), by mozna bylo regulowac polozenie obiektywu aparatu w kierunku góra–dól. Krawedz szczeliny poczatkowo zmierza pionowo ku dolowi, potem przechodzi w lukowata krawedz podpierajaca (Fig. 2 6), a nastepnie zmierza skosnie do góry do wewnatrz szczeliny, tworzac ukosna, ograniczajaca krawedz szczeliny (Fig. 2 7). Known stands vary in appearance, resembling a tripod or a phone holder. The industrial design resembles a so-called phone stand, however, these are not designed to function as a stand for a camera/camcorder in a phone. This stand differs from them in terms of different edge lines, the appearance of the hinge enabling folding, and the appearance of the slot for placing the phone. The essence of the design is a new form of stand, characterized by an original shape and a different appearance of the connection of the elements and the slot in which the phone is placed. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustrations, in which: Fig. 1. shows a cut-out of a tripod obtained from a sheet of raw material, where: 1. side walls of the tripod, 2. back wall of the tripod, 3. connections of the back wall with the side walls – notches acting as hinges, 4. slot for placing the telephone, 5. cut-off corner of the slot, 6. arc-shaped edge supporting the slots, 7. diagonal edge limiting the slot. Fig. 2. shows the tripod in a side view in a working position. Fig. 3. shows the tripod in a working position, in a front perspective view. Fig. 4. shows the tripod in a working position, in a front perspective view, from an oblique angle. Fig. 5 shows the tripod in its working position, in a front perspective view, from an oblique angle, with the outline of a phone on the tripod. Fig. 6 shows the tripod folded flat. The tripod is designed for use with mobile phones for taking photos or shooting videos. When unfolded (cutout) (Fig. 1), the tripod consists of three parts: two rectangular side walls (Fig. 1 1), permanently and flexibly connected to the rear wall (Fig. 1 2), which constitutes the third part of the structure. It is advisable for its length to be no less than twice the length of the side walls, as then, after bending the side walls 180 degrees relative to the rear wall, it is possible to fold the tripod completely flat (Fig. 6). The hinge cuts are located approximately 1/4 of the way along the entire cutout, counting from both sides (Fig. 1-3). The cuts allow the side walls to bend outward to allow the tripod to be placed stably on the ground (Fig. 4). The cut is shallower than the thickness of the raw material sheet and is not a perforation. Both side walls have cutouts, which are mirror images of each other (Fig. 1-4). The cutouts are slots into which the mobile phone is placed (Fig. 5). The slot has a specific shape (Fig. 2) to allow for up-and-down adjustment of the camera lens. The edge of the slot initially runs vertically downward, then transitions into an arched supporting edge (Fig. 2-6), and then slopes upwards into the slot, forming a diagonal, bounding edge of the slot (Fig. 2-7). The corner of the vertical edge of the slot and the upper edge of the stand's side wall is cut (Fig. 2-5) at an angle close to 45 degrees to allow for better maneuvering of the phone on the stand. In the working position, the stand has side walls bent relative to the back wall by approximately 90 degrees. The entire assembly rests on the lower edges of three walls, which rise vertically upward (Fig. 4). The side walls remain parallel, or nearly parallel, to each other. The shapes of the slots for placing the phone, which are mirror images on the cut-out, are now identical (Fig. 2), creating a socket in which the phone can be placed (Fig. 5). The cut-out and the resulting stand can be made of solid cardboard or rigid plastic in various sizes, in any color, and can have graphic elements and inscriptions printed on them or covered with printed sheets of paper or foil, as well as embossed on both the outside (in the working position) and the inside.PL 21685 3 Essential features of the industrial design The stand according to the industrial design has the following essential features: – it consists of three parts, two side parts – shorter, and a rear part – longer; – in the working position, the stand is placed on the lower edges of the walls, and the side walls are bent from the rear wall at an angle close to a right angle; – the stand has two slots on the side walls for placing the phone, and their shape is characterized by an arched supporting edge and a diagonal edge, limiting the edge of the slot.
