Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt narzedzia recznego, w szczególnosci recznego narzedzia budowlanego. Uchwyt wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest w szesciu odmianach, oznaczonych na ilustracji zbiorczej kolejno od fig. 1 do fig. 6. Figury te przedstawiaja kolejne odmiany uchwytu w widoku perspektywicznym od tylu. Dodat- kowymi istotnymi cechami pierwszej, trzeciej, czwartej i szóstej odmiany wzoru jest ciemniejszy kolor odcinka srodkowego w porównaniu do koloru odcinka poczatkowego i koncowego. Dodatkowa cecha istotna drugiej i piatej odmiany wzoru jest jasniejszy kolor odcinka srodkowego w porównaniu do kolo- ru odcinka poczatkowego i koncowego. Dodatkowa istotna cecha pierwszej, drugiej i trzeciej odmiany wzoru jest wypukly metaliczny element na koncu uchwytu. Dodatkowa istotna cecha czwartej, piatej i szóstej odmiany wzoru jest plaska okragla powierzchnia na koncu uchwytu. The handle according to the industrial design is shown in six variants, marked in the collective illustration as Fig. 1 to Fig. 6. These figures show subsequent variants of the handle in a rear perspective view. Significant features of the industrial design for all six design variants are the color divisions into three sections, with the starting and ending sections having the same color contrasting with the different color of the middle section, and the shape of the handle tip. Additional significant features of the first, third, fourth, and sixth design variants are the darker color of the middle section compared to the starting and ending sections. An additional significant feature of the second and fifth design variants is the lighter color of the middle section compared to the starting and ending sections. An additional significant feature of the first, second, and third design variants is a convex metallic element at the end of the handle. An additional significant feature of the fourth, fifth, and sixth design variants is a flat, circular surface at the end of the handle.
