Opis wynalazkuDescription of the invention
The subject of the invention is a ceramic-glass or glass-glass product with a layered structure, for use in construction and interior design. Such products may, in particular, be in the form of tiles used for wall or floor coverings, and may also have three-dimensional shapes, such as, for example, wash basins.
In the prior art, layered products are known for the construction industry and are bonded to each other by means of a resin or an adhesive that do not contain a photoluminescent agent.
From the patent description US2007022911 there are known products intended for contact with water, which in their entire composition contain a photoluminescent pigment.
From the patent description US2006162620 there are known products intended for contact with water, which in their entire composition contain a resin mixed with a photoluminescent pigment.
In the solutions known from the state of the art, the pigment is present in the entire volume of the product, which significantly increases the material costs of production as well as causes that the glow effect is not sufficient. Moreover, in this type of product, it is not possible to obtain the shining effect only on a selected surface of the product.
The object of the invention is to eliminate these drawbacks and to develop a product with a better lighting quality and to expand the range in this field.
A ceramic-glass or glass-glass product with layered structure for use in construction and interior design, having between a ceramic and a glass layer or between two glass layers a layer of transparent resin or glue, according to the invention, the transparent resin or glue layer comprises photoluminescent powder, preferably in an amount of 200-300 g / kg resin, this layer having a thickness of at least 50 µm.
After irradiation, the product emits light, illuminating for a specified period of time up to 12 hours. The product can be used in places where greater durability, resistance to scratching and weather conditions are required, eg in swimming pools, on stairs, etc. Resin or adhesive with a photoluminescent agent can be applied locally in the form of a specific pattern or on the entire surface of the product.
W przykładzie wykonania przedstawiono wytwór w postaci płytki ceramiczno-szklanej.In the embodiment, a glass-ceramic product is presented.
On the clean surface of the fired ceramic plate (without glaze), a layer of powder with photoluminescent properties in a transparent resin was applied (acrylic resin-dispersion in water with the addition of powder-photoluminescent pigment from the LANKI MINHUI-China company in the amount of 200 g / kg of acrylic dispersion, e.g. Socrate, acrilat, Helizarinbinder by BASF) and fixierer LF BASF and crosslinking catalyst Tubifix MF100 by CHT Beitlich-Tubigen 5-15 g / kg. The layer was applied using the screen printing technique with a grid of 12 TT (12 threads per 1 cm of running). The applied layer had a thickness of 50 to 300 µm (typically 100 µm = 0.1 mm). The cover is evenly made, but you can also apply any patterns and combine them with other colors, e.g. with ordinary Lambert pigments! - Italy - Neoprint. The plate was then dried and fixed at 140-160 ° C for 4-6 minutes. On the plate cooled down to the room temperature of 18-24 ° C, a layer of transparent, UV-resistant polyester resin with a catalyst was applied (as in the technical conditions for the appropriate resin). There is a pane of transparent glass on it, about 2 mm thick and slightly larger (an allowance of ~ 1 cm around the tile) than the ceramic tile. Both layers were put into a vacuum chamber 2 and, after obtaining a vacuum of 100-300 mPa, were glued (under a pressure of 10 N / 4 cm 2 ). The plate was then left at room temperature 18-24 ° C until the resin was hardened, then the edges of the glass pane were trimmed to align them with the ceramic plate and ground using known methods. In the discussed example a powder-pigment with photoluminescent properties from LANXI MINHUI (China) was used. The substances used are of a new type. Safe to use, non-toxic and non-radioactive, they can work without luminous power loss for more than 50 years, they are for example SrAl2O4 with admixtures of rare earth elements Eu2 +, Dy3 + or ZrO2Pr. The recommended exposure time is 10-15 minutes with a force of ~ 1000 Lux, in practice, the light from an incandescent or fluorescent lamp is enough.

Rodzaje produkowanych proszków:Types of powders produced:
The maximum lighting lasts ~ 60 s, strong up to 15 minutes and permanent 10-12 hours (1000 mcd = 1 cd - candela). In another embodiment, the product is in the form of a plate consisting of two glass layers joined together by a polyester resin mixed with a photoluminescent pigment. The method of obtaining the plate is analogous. The photoluminescent layer should not be thinner than 0.1 mm. Photoluminescent powder mixed with transparent polyester resin in the amount of 200-300 g / kg of resin is applied to the glass by known methods (screen printing). In the device - a vacuum chamber, press both layers of glass after vacuum is obtained. The edges are processed as before by grinding.
