Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ksztalt przydomowej oczyszczalni scieków, pn. zloze helofitowe, znajdujacej zastosowanie w indywidualnych gospodarstwach domowych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa, posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, krzywizn, ksztaltów oraz strukture. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na dolaczonych ilustracjach. Fig. 1 – pokazuje zloze w widoku perspektywicznym od frontu, fig. 2 – uwidacznia zloze z boku, fig. 3 – przedstawia widoku z góry. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, zaprezentowanego na ilustracjach (Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3), nalezy zaliczyc, ze zloze helofitowe bedace oczyszczalnia przydomowa, zbudowane jest z jednej komory, bez przegród wewnetrznych. Zloze uksztaltowano w formie bryly przypominajacej w swym ksztalcie kwiat zbudowany z 5 platków. Wszystkie 5 platków ma te same wymiary, posiada tej samej wielkosci promienie luków oraz te same krzywizny. Zloze od góry jest otwarte i nie posiada zadnej pokrywy. Natomiast w dnie zloza w centralnym miejscu znajduje sie otwór odplywowy o srednicy ?=110 mm, sluzacy do odprowadzania oczyszczonych scieków do odbiornika. Sciany i dno zloza helofitowego wykonane sa z tworzyw sztucznych. Dolne krawedzie zbiornika od strony zewnetrznej sa wyprofilowane lukowo, natomiast dno zloza jest poziome. The essence of the design is a new, individual form of the product, given to it in particular by the features of lines, contours, curves, shapes, and structure. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustrations. Fig. 1 shows the bed in a perspective view from the front; Fig. 2 shows the bed from the side; Fig. 3 shows the view from above. Significant Features of the Industrial Design: The significant features of the industrial design presented in the illustrations (Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3) include that the helophyte bed, which is a domestic sewage treatment plant, is composed of a single chamber without internal partitions. The bed is shaped like a flower composed of five petals. All five petals have the same dimensions, the same arc radii, and the same curvatures. The bed is open at the top and has no cover. At the bottom of the bed, a central outlet with a diameter of 110 mm is located, which serves to discharge treated wastewater into the receiver. The walls and bottom of the helophyte bed are made of plastic. The lower edges of the tank are arched on the outside, while the bed bottom is horizontal.
