Znane sa róznego rodzaju pokrycia dachowe ksztaltowane przez symetryczne profilowania tworzac falowania i uskoki w postaci schodków. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest profilowane pokrycie dachowe, posiadajace nowy i oryginalny wyglad oraz indywidualny charakter, nadany przez jednakowe – równoramienne – zakonczenia oraz wzajemne usytuowanie poszczególnych elementów tworzacych wzór. Pokrycie to moze wystepowac w postaci blachodachówki lub dwumodulówki. Pokrycie dachowe wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada cyklicznie powtarzajace sie falowania i zaglebienia oraz kanty. Various types of roof coverings are known, shaped by symmetrical profiling, creating undulations and step-like offsets. The subject of the industrial design is a profiled roof covering with a new and original appearance and individual character, given by identical – isosceles – ends and the relative positioning of the individual elements forming the design. This covering may be in the form of a metal roof tile or a two-module roof covering. The roof covering according to the industrial design has cyclically repeating undulations, depressions, and edges. The roof covering according to the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1–3, showing: Fig. 1 – roof covering profile, Fig. 2 – roof covering in plan view, Fig. 3 – roof covering edge. The roof covering according to the industrial design shown in the attached illustration Fig. 1-3 has identical – isosceles – ends and cyclically repeating recesses placed between flat surfaces. The essential common features of the industrial design in the form of roof covering are: ■ identical – isosceles – ends, ■ cyclically repeating recesses on the horizontal surface of the tile, ■ a short, vertical, wavy edge (step), ■ a system of horizontal and vertical lines creating a characteristic form of the pattern, ■ the mutual positioning of individual elements.
