Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest niezbednik stolowy przeznaczony do wygodnego spozywania posilków. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter, przejawiajacy sie w ksztalcie, postac niezbednika stolowego. Niezbednik stolowy ma ksztalt zblizony do nerki z wglebieniem 1. Niezbednik posiada w srodkowej czesci wewnetrznej trzy wypusty. Centralny wypust 4 jest umiejscowiony na poziomie krawedzi 2 niezbednika. Dwa wypusty boczne 3 sa umiejscowione na jednym poziomie obnizonym w stosunku do poziomu wypustu 4. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia szkic niezbednika stolowego z zaznaczeniem jego istotnych elementów, Fig. 2 przedstawia widok niezbed- nika stolowego, natomiast Fig. 3 przedstawia sposób zastosowania. The essence of the industrial design is a new and unique form of the tableware accessory, manifested in its shape. The tableware accessory has a kidney-like shape with a recess 1. The accessory has three protrusions in its central interior. Central protrusion 4 is located at the level of the edge 2 of the accessory. Two side protrusions 3 are located at a single level lower than protrusion 4. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a sketch of the tableware accessory, highlighting its essential elements, Fig. 2 shows a view of the tableware accessory, and Fig. 3 illustrates the method of use. Essential features of the industrial design: – the table toolbox has a kidney-like shape with a recess 1, – it has three projections in its central inner part, – the central projection 4 is located at the level of the edge 2 of the toolbox, – two side projections 3 are located at one level lower than the level of projection 4.
