Abstract
Flame retardant polyurethane foam (A), comprises, as a flame retardant, a mixture of at least one halogen free polyarylphosphate compounds (I) and at least one halogen free monoarylphosphate compounds (II). Flame retardant polyurethane foam (A), comprises, as a flame retardant, a mixture of at least one halogen free polyarylphosphate compounds of formula (I) and at least one halogen free monoarylphosphate compounds of formula (II). R 1>-R 3>, R 5>-R 7>H, 1-4C alkyl or phenyl; R 4>H or 1-10C hydrocarbon radical; and n : 1-20. An independent claim is included for the preparation of (A) comprising reacting organic polyisocyanates with compounds containing at least two hydrogen atoms reactive towards isocyanates and known blowing agents, stabilizers, activators and/or other customary auxiliaries and additives at 20-80[deg] C, where the mixture of 0.1-40 parts of polyarylphosphate compounds (I) and 0.1-40 parts of monoarylphosphate compounds (II) based on 100 parts of polyol component, is used as flame retardant.
