Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest mata/kojec, która w stanie rozlozonym sluzy do wspólnej zabawy rodziców z dzieckiem, a w stanie zlozonym ma postac miekkiego kojca ograniczajacego swoimi bokami powierzchnie zabawy dla malego dziecka, który mozna wykorzystywac jako wklad do kojców drewnianych oslaniajacy dziecko przed uderzeniem w szczebelki, a takze w mieszkaniu, na tarasie, w ogrodzie i w plenerze. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac maty/kojca, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 – przedstawiono mate w widoku z góry, fig. 2 – przedstawiono mate w widoku z dolu, fig. 3 – przedstawiono kojec w widoku z góry, fig. 4 – przedstawiono kojec w widoku z dolu, a na fig. 5 – przedstawiono kojec w widoku z boku od strony tasmy suwakowej. Jak pokazano na rysunku mata/kojec ma ksztalt prostokata i zlozona jest z powloczki, do której wkladany jest wklad ocieplajacy zamykany od dolu tasma suwakowa, która umozliwia wyjecie wkladu ocieplajacego w celu wyprania samej powloczki. Mata w stanie rozlozonym ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata, którego narozniki sa zaokraglone i zaopatrzone w podwójne wiazania znajdujace sie na przeciwleglych bokach, które po zwiazaniu tworza kojec w postaci miekkiego pudelka zaopatrzony w naroznikach w kieszonki. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Mata/kojec ma ksztalt prostokata i zlozona jest z powloczki, do której wklada sie wklad ocieplajacy zamykany od dolu tasma suwakowa. Mata w stanie rozlozonym ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata, którego narozniki sa zaokraglone i zaopatrzone w podwójne wiazania znajdujace sie na przeciwleglych bokach, które po zwiazaniu tworza kojec w postaci miekkiego pudelka zaopatrzony w naroznikach w kieszonki, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4 i fig. 5. When folded, it forms a soft playpen that provides a play area for a small child. It can be used as an insert for wooden playpens, protecting the child from hitting the bars, and can also be used indoors, on a patio, in the garden, and outdoors. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the play mat/playpen, designed for aesthetic purposes, as reflected in its shape and the arrangement of the key outline lines of its individual elements. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the mat from above, Fig. 2 shows the mat from below, Fig. 3 shows the playpen from above, Fig. 4 shows the playpen from below, and Fig. 5 shows the playpen from the side viewed from the zipper tape. As shown in the drawing, the mat/playpen is rectangular and consists of a cover into which a warming insert is inserted, which is closed at the bottom with a zipper tape, which allows the warming insert to be removed for washing the cover itself. When unfolded, the mat is roughly rectangular in shape, with rounded corners and double ties on opposite sides. When tied, these create a soft box-shaped playpen with pockets in the corners. Essential features of the industrial design: The mat/playpen is rectangular in shape and consists of a cover into which a thermal insert is inserted, secured at the bottom with a zipper. When unfolded, the mat has a shape close to a rectangle, the corners of which are rounded and provided with double ties on opposite sides, which, when tied, create a playpen in the form of a soft box, provided with pockets in the corners, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4 and Fig. 5.
