Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opryskiwacz rolniczy, znajdujacy zastosowanie w uprawach rolnych, umozliwiajacy zraszanie i nawilzanie szerokich pasów upraw rolnych, a jedno- czesnie dajacy sie poruszac po stosunkowo waskich jak dla tych urzadzen drogach publicznych. Opryskiwacz jest dostosowany do poruszania sie po drogach publicznych dzieki skladanej for- mie poszczególnych czesci wysiegników i uzyskiwaniu przez to odpowiednich wymiarów. Opryskiwacz rolniczy, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym moze znajdowac zastosowanie takze w uprawach ogrod- niczych, w sadownictwie, w szkólkarstwie oraz w innych dzialach gospodarki. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa, posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture oraz ornamentacje. Ilustracja wzoruPL 21486 3PL 21486 4 Departament Wydawnictw UPRP PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is an agricultural sprayer, used in agricultural crops, enabling sprinkling and moistening of wide strips of agricultural crops, and at the same time being able to move on public roads relatively narrow for such devices. The sprayer is adapted to move on public roads thanks to the foldable form of individual boom parts and thus obtaining appropriate dimensions. The agricultural sprayer, in accordance with the industrial design, may also be used in horticulture, fruit growing, nursery farming and in other sectors of the economy. The essence of the design is a new form of the product, having an individual character, given to it in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes, structure and ornamentation. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photograph, in which fig. 1 – shows a sprayer, especially an agricultural one with booms in a folded state in a general view, fig. 2 – shows a sprayer with a boom in the form of a lance extended to its full width, fig. 3 – shows the connection of the lance part with a pair of gears and a reaction lever shown, while fig. 4 – illustrates the connection of the fixed part of the boom with the central part with the cylinder shown at the bottom. The agricultural sprayer, in accordance with the industrial design, is made of metal and plastics. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design, presented in the attached photographs, include that the agricultural sprayer is equipped with a tank with rounded corners, attached to the tractor frame and a foldable lance connected to the frame, which includes a fixed, openwork arm located in the middle and symmetrically extendable parts connected to this arm, arranged on both sides. The fixed arm and extendable parts are made of tubular elements. The extendable parts consist of a central arm and an external arm. Between the fixed arm and the central movable arm of the lance, a set of gears is mounted, cooperating with a hydraulic cylinder located at the bottom of the fixed arm. The set of gears between the fixed arm and the middle arm is connected via a reaction lever at the top to the set of gears located between the middle arm and the outer arm.
