Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie, zwlaszcza dla przemyslu motoryzacyjne- go, a dokladniej opakowanie na swiece zaplonowe. Opakowanie jest uniwersalne i jest dostosowane do róznych typów swiec zaplonowych, a ze- wnetrzna powierzchnia opakowania moze byc dowolnie projektowana pod wzgledem nanoszonych oznaczen, kolorystyki, ornamentacji, nadruków, co nie jest przedmiotem wzoru. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac opakowania przejawiajaca sie zwlaszcza w jego uksztalto- waniu, calosciowej formie przestrzennej oraz proporcji i wzajemnym ukladzie poszczególnych czesci opakowania. Przedstawiona konstrukcja opakowania zapewnia jego wysoka trwalosc i sztywnosc wzgledem znanych opakowan. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia ogólny, perspektywiczny widok zamknietego opakowania z otworem typu „okno" rozciagajacym sie na scianie frontowej opakowania, powyzej poziomej pólki na swiece zaplonowe, fig. 2 przedstawia ogólny perspektywiczny widok opakowania z otworem typu „okno" rozciagajacym sie na scianie frontowej opakowania, powyzej poziomej pólki na swiece zaplonowe, przy czym opakowanie jest otwarte od strony górnej sciany oraz fig. 3 przedstawia ogólny perspektywiczny widok otwartego opakowania z otworem typu „okno" rozciagajacym sie na scianie frontowej opakowania, przy czym pokazano od- rebna, wewnetrzna czesc opakowania stanowiaca pólke z otworami na swiece zaplonowe polaczona ze sciana tylna tego elementu wewnetrznego, przylegajaca od wewnatrz opakowania do sciany tylnej zewnetrznej czesci opakowania. Opakowanie jest pro- stopadloscienne i jest zaopatrzone w dwie mniejsze i dwie wieksze sciany boczne oraz sciane dolna i górna, otwierana, a jedna ze scian bocznych – sciana frontowa – zaopatrzona jest w otwór typu „okienko", który rozciaga sie poprzez cala szerokosc sciany frontowej i takze rozciaga sie czesciowo na przylegajace fragmenty scian bocznych, przez który to otwór widoczna jest przestrzen wewnetrzna opakowania, jego zawartosc oraz wewnetrzna pólka z otworami na swiece zaplonowe umieszczane w otworach pionowo jedna obok drugiej. Otwór typu „okienko" wykrojony jest, w przyblizeniu w ksztal- cie prostokata, powyzej wspomnianej pólki z okraglymi otworami na swiece zaplonowe i konczy sie w pewnej odleglosci ponizej górnej sciany opakowania, tak, aby pomimo wykrojonego „okienka" za- chowane byly dolny i górny fragmenty sciany frontowej, co zapewnia wzmocniona konstrukcje calego opakowania. Wewnetrzna pólka w opakowaniu stanowi odrebny element uksztaltowany tak, ze po- zioma plaszczyzna pólki jest polaczona z pionowymi, prostopadle umieszczonymi wzgledem pólki, elementami stanowiacy podpory podtrzymujace pólke. Wewnetrzny element z pólka posiada takze tylna sciane, znajdujaca sie naprzeciwlegle w stosunku do otworu typu „okienko" i sciana ta polaczona jest z pólka i przylega od wewnatrz do sciany zewnetrznej czesci opakowania. The packaging is universal and adapted to various types of spark plugs, and the outer surface of the packaging can be freely designed in terms of markings, colors, ornamentation, and prints, which are not covered by the design. The essence of the design is the new form of packaging, manifested particularly in its shape, overall spatial form, and the proportions and mutual arrangement of the individual parts of the packaging. The presented packaging design ensures its high durability and rigidity compared to known packaging. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a general perspective view of a closed package with a "window" opening extending on the front wall of the package, above a horizontal shelf for spark plugs, Fig. 2 shows a general perspective view of a package with a "window" opening extending on the front wall of the package, above a horizontal shelf for spark plugs, the package being open on the upper wall side, and Fig. 3 shows a general perspective view of an open package with a "window" opening extending on the front wall of the package, wherein a separate, inner part of the package is shown, constituting a shelf with holes for spark plugs, connected to the rear wall of this inner element, adjacent from the inside of the package to the rear wall of the outer part of the package. The essential features of the design are the shape of the packaging and its specific arrangement of individual parts, as well as the relative proportions of the walls and elements of the packaging. The packaging is rectangular and has two smaller and two larger side walls, as well as a bottom and top wall that open. One of the side walls – the front wall – has a "window"-type opening that extends across the entire width of the front wall and also extends partially onto the adjacent sections of the side walls. This opening provides visibility to the interior space of the packaging, its contents, and an internal shelf with holes for spark plugs placed vertically side by side. The "window" opening is cut out, roughly in the shape of a rectangle, above the aforementioned shelf with round holes for spark plugs and ends at a certain distance below the top wall of the packaging, so that despite the cut out "window", the lower and upper sections of the front wall are preserved, which ensures a reinforced structure of the entire packaging. The internal shelf in the packaging is a separate element shaped in such a way that the horizontal plane of the shelf is connected to vertical elements placed perpendicularly to the shelf, constituting supports supporting the shelf. The internal element with the shelf also has a rear wall located opposite the "window" opening, and this wall is connected to the shelf and adheres from the inside to the wall of the outer part of the packaging.
