Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest oprawa oswietleniowa w dwu odmianach, sluzaca do oswietlenia zwlaszcza schodów. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i indywidualna postac oprawy oswietleniowej nadana jej przez charakterystyczna grafike, cechy linii, konturów i ksztalt. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane oprawy oswietleniowej w widoku z przodu, fig. 1a – pierwsza odmiane oprawy w widoku z boku, fig. 2 przedstawia druga odmiane oprawy oswietleniowej w widoku z przodu, fig. 2a – druga odmiane oprawy w widoku z boku, zas na fig. 3 pokazano element slowno-graficzny RAFIPOLED wystepujacy na wszystkich odmianach. Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego Pierwsza odmiana oprawy oswietleniowej, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, ma w widoku z przo- du ksztalt kwadratu i wykonana jest z metalowej plytki posiadajacej od tylu zaczep sprezynowy, do której to plytki przylega cala powierzchnia element podswietlany z przezroczystego tworzywa sztucz- nego, zas na nim osadzony jest metalowy panel czolowy, który ma posrodku ksztalt kola, które to kolo polaczone jest w srodkowej czesci, po prawej i lewej stronie, prostokatnymi, poziomymi pasami z ob- recza oddalona od centralnego kola o odleglosc zblizona do polowy dlugosci promienia tego kola, jak pokazano na rysunku fig. 1 i fig. 1a. Druga odmiana oprawy oswietleniowej, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, ma w widoku z przodu ksztalt kwadratu i wykonana jest z metalowej plytki posiadajacej od tylu zaczep sprezynowy, do której to plytki przylega cala powierzchnia element podswietlany z przezroczystego tworzywa sztucznego, zas na nim osadzony jest metalowy panel czolowy o ksztalcie kola, w którym to panelu jest wyciety od dolu pas lukowy o szerokosci zblizonej do 0,2 dlugosci srednicy tego kola i konczacy sie w polowie panelu czolowego, jak pokazano na rysunku fig. 2 i fig. 2a. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the lighting fixture, given to it by distinctive graphics, line features, contours, and shape. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the first variant of the lighting fixture from a front view, Fig. 1a shows the first variant of the fixture from a side view, Fig. 2 shows the second variant of the lighting fixture from a front view, Fig. 2a shows the second variant of the fixture from a side view, and Fig. 3 shows the word and graphic element RAFIPOLED, which appears on all variants. Essential features of the industrial design The first type of lighting fixture, according to the industrial design, has a square shape in the front view and is made of a metal plate with a spring catch at the back, to which plate adheres the entire surface of an illuminated element made of transparent plastic, and on which is mounted a metal front panel, which has a circular shape in the middle, the circle being connected in the middle, on the right and left side, by rectangular horizontal strips with a rim spaced from the central circle by a distance approximately half the length of the radius of this circle, as shown in Figure 1 and Figure 1a. The second type of lighting fixture, according to the industrial design, has a square shape in the front view and is made of a metal plate with a spring catch at the back, to which the entire surface of the illuminated element made of transparent plastic adheres, and on which is mounted a metal front panel in the shape of a circle, in which an arc strip is cut out from the bottom with a width of approximately 0.2 times the diameter of the circle and ending in the middle of the front panel, as shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 2a.
