Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest urzadzenie informacyjno-reklamowe przeznaczone do przedstawienia danych dotyczacych firmy w celach informacyjnych i reklamowych. Urzadzenie moze byc zastosowane równiez do przedstawiania wyrobów i/lub uslug oraz informacji i reklamy róznego rodzaju wydarzen np. targów, zjazdów, spotkan itp. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac wyrobu przejawiajaca sie w postaci urzadzenia informacyjno-reklamowego oraz ksztalcie i zestawieniu jego czesci skladowych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na materiale informacyjnych, na którym fig. 1 pokazuje urzadzenie w widoku z boku, fig. 2 - urzadzenie w widoku z góry, fig. 3 - urzadzenie w widoku perspektywicznym. Urzadzenie informacyjno-reklamowe wedlug wzoru przemyslowego utworzone jest z pierscie- niowego panela, który zamocowany jest do walu oraz ma konstrukcje wsporcza. Pierscieniowy panel ma postac prostokatnego paska na którym znajduje sie powierzchnia informacyjno-reklamowa, przeznaczona do umieszczania loga i nazwy firmy, danych o firmie i produkcie oraz innego rodzaju oznaczen identyfikujacych firme, osobe lub wydarzenie. W widoku z boku urzadzenie ma zarys polozonego w poziomie prostokata odzwierciedlajacego ksztalt panela przechodzacego bokiem dolnym w prostokat z bocznymi trójkatnymi zastrzalami przechodzacy w figure prostokatna stanowiaca czesc górna konstrukcji wsporczej. W widoku z góry urzadzenie ma zarys kolowy odzwierciedlajacy pierscieniowy panel. W srodku zarysu kolowego widnieje trójkat oraz male kolo od którego promieniowo wyprowadzone sa ramiona w postaci waskich prostokatnych pasków stykajacych sie swymi zewnetrznymi zakonczeniami z pierscieniowym panelem. The device can also be used to present products and/or services, as well as information and advertising for various events, such as trade fairs, conventions, meetings, etc. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the product manifested in the form of an information and advertising device, as well as the shape and arrangement of its components. The subject of the industrial design is depicted in informational material, in which Fig. 1 shows the device in a side view, Fig. 2 - the device in a top view, and Fig. 3 - the device in a perspective view. The information and advertising device, according to the industrial design, is composed of an annular panel attached to a shaft and has a supporting structure. The ring panel is a rectangular strip containing an information and advertising surface intended for displaying the company logo and name, company and product information, and other identifying information for the company, person, or event. In a side view, the device has a horizontally aligned rectangle, reflecting the shape of the panel. The bottom edge transitions into a rectangle with triangular struts on the sides, then into a rectangular shape constituting the upper part of the support structure. In a top view, the device has a circular outline, reflecting the ring panel. At the center of the circular outline is a triangle and a small circle, from which radial arms extend in the form of narrow rectangular strips, their outer ends touching the ring panel. The information and advertising device, according to the industrial design, is generally rotatable, but can also function as a non-rotatable device. The device can be mounted indoors or outdoors and can be illuminated. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. In the top view, the device has a circular outline reflecting the ring panel.
