Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kosz z przeznaczeniem jako kosz na smieci, z mozli- woscia montazu na slupach oswietleniowych znajdujacych sie na ulicy, drogach, alejach parkowych, róznego rodzaju placach i skwerach. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wzoru, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów i ksztalt. The subject of the industrial design is a waste bin intended for use as a waste bin, suitable for mounting on lighting poles located on streets, roads, park avenues, and various squares. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique character of the design, given to it in particular by the characteristics of its lines, contours, and shape. The subject of the industrial design is presented in illustrations, in which the individual figures show: Fig. 1 – shows the basket in a front view, Fig. 1a – shows the basket in a side view, Fig. 1b – shows the basket in a back view, Fig. 1c – shows the basket in a top view, Fig. 1d – shows the basket in a bottom view, Fig. 1e – shows the basket from a front perspective, Fig. 1f – shows the basket from a back perspective, Fig. 1g – shows the basket with the possibility of folding out in a front perspective, Fig. 1h – shows the basket with the possibility of folding out in a back perspective. The basket has essential features of an industrial design, where, the basket: – in the front view has the shape of a cylinder truncated downwards on both sides and has a cover with an opening as shown in Fig. 1, – in the side view, the back wall is perpendicular to the base and forms a right angle, and the front wall is truncated downwards; the base of the basket is cut from the front to the rear wall; the cover with the front opening is cut in a parallel manner, the lower part of which is cut upwards in the proximal part of the rear wall as shown in Fig. 1a, - in the rear view, the basket is cut downwards on both sides, in the middle part along the entire length of the basket, including the cover, it has a concave part and two oblong holes for fastening; in addition, the lid has a button-shaped lock as shown in Fig. 1b, – in the top and bottom view, the basket has a round shape with an indentation as shown in Fig. 1c, 1d, – in the perspective view, the basket has a shape narrowing downwards with characteristic indentations as shown in Fig. 1e, 1f, – the lid of the basket is put on its lower part, the button located in the rear part of the lid is a key lock, thanks to which the basket opens and its contents can be removed as shown in Fig. 1g, 1h.PL 21285 3 Illustration of the patternPL 21285 4PL 21285 5PL 21285 6 Department of Publishing of the Polish Patent Office PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
