Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest rura nawojowa, która sluzy do nawijania materialu w roletach stosowanych w oknach i drzwiach. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajacego sie w cechach linii i konturów i ksztaltów nadajacy rurze oryginalny i indywidualny wyglad estetyczny. Przedmiot wzoru jest pokazany na zalaczonych rysunkach od fig. 1 do fig. 3, na której fig. 1 przedstawia rure w rzucie z boku, fig. 2 przedstawia rure w rzucie aksonometrycznym, a fig. 3 przedstawia fragment jednego konca rury w rzucie aksonometrycznym w powiekszeniu ukazujacym szczególy przetloczen wzdluznych. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Rura ma na swojej powierzchni wzdluzne równolegle, wglebne przetloczenia zgrupowane dwójkami. Dwójki przetloczen rozmieszczone na obwodzie pod katem okolo 120°. Odleglosci pomiedzy przetloczeniami w kazdej parze sa takie same i zblizone do szerokosci pojedynczego przetloczenia. Przetloczenia maja ksztalt pólkola, którego brzegi plynnie po niewielkim luku przechodza w plaszczyzne wewnetrzna rury. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, manifested in the features of lines, contours, and shapes that give the tube an original and individual aesthetic appearance. The design is shown in the attached drawings from Fig. 1 to Fig. 3, in which Fig. 1 shows the tube in a side view, Fig. 2 shows the tube in an axonometric projection, and Fig. 3 shows a fragment of one end of the tube in an axonometric projection, enlarged to show details of the longitudinal embossing. Essential features of the industrial design: The tube has longitudinal, parallel, recessed embossings grouped in pairs on its surface. The two embossings are arranged around the circumference at an angle of approximately 120°. The distances between the embossments in each pair are the same and approximate the width of a single embossment. The embossments are semicircular, the edges of which smoothly merge into the inner plane of the tube in a slight arc.
