Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem zgloszenia wzoru przemyslowego jest karafka wielofunkcyjna, spelniajaca funkcje szczególnie karafki do wina, dzbanka do wody, wazonu lub swiecznika typu „tea light" z korkiem w postaci szklanek do wody lub wina lub swiecznika typu „tea light" wraz z odmiana - salaterka, wytworzona ze szkla, przeznaczona do uzytku domowego lub w gastronomii. Znana jest karafka z polskiego opisu wzoru przemyslowego w ksztalcie bryly utworzonej z cienkosciennego dna i powierzchni bocznej. Istote zglaszanego wzoru stanowi nowa postac wyrobu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie oraz wynikajaca z tego ksztaltu wielofunkcyjnosc karafki i korka. Wzór zostal pokazany na rysunku w pólwidoku i pólprzekroju z rzutem góry i dolu, na którym: Fig. 1 przedstawia karafke Fig. 2 przedstawia odmiane karafki – salaterke Fig. 3 i 4 przedstawia korek do karafki w postaci szklanki i szklanki wysokiej. A carafe known from the Polish industrial design description is in the shape of a solid composed of a thin-walled bottom and side surface. The essence of the submitted design is the new form of the product, manifested in its shape and the resulting multifunctionality of the carafe and stopper. The design is shown in the drawing in a half-view and half-section with a top and bottom view, in which: Fig. 1 shows a carafe Fig. 2 shows a variant of the carafe – a salad bowl Figs. 3 and 4 show a carafe stopper in the form of a glass and a tall glass.
