Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest profil rurowy, wykonany z tworzywa termoplastycznego, przeznaczony zwlaszcza do powolnego transportowania plynów medycznych i wykonywania kapilar kropiacych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, zwlaszcza w widoku od jego czola. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku na którym: fig. 1 przedstawia profil rurowy w widoku perspektywicznym, natomiast fig. 2 - profil w widoku od czola. Profil rurowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi monolityczna cienkoscienna rura, majaca w widoku od czola profil kolowy z czterema jednakowymi wypustami rozmieszczonymi promieniowo co 90°, na obwodzie. Kazdy z wypustów sklada sie z dwóch czesci - pierwszej czesc, która stanowi jego trzon i skierowanej promieniowo do osi rury oraz drugiej umieszczony na jej koncu, posiadajacej ksztalt odcinka pierscienia o srodku pokrywajacym sie ze srodkiem przekroju rurowego. Cechami istotnymi profilu rurowego przedstawionego na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 i 2 jest to, ze: – stanowi go monolityczna cienkoscienna rura, majaca w widoku od czola profil kolowy z czterema jednakowymi wypustami rozmieszczonymi promieniowo co 90°, na obwodzie, – kazdy z wypustów sklada sie z dwóch czesci - pierwszej czesc, która stanowi jego trzon i skierowanej promieniowo do osi rury oraz drugiej umieszczony na jej koncu, posiadajacej ksztalt odcinka pierscienia o srodku pokrywajacym sie ze srodkiem przekroju rurowego.PL 21222 3 Ilustracja wzoruPL 21222 4 Departament Wydawnictw UPRP PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the Industrial Design: The industrial design is a tubular profile made of thermoplastic material, intended specifically for the slow transport of medical fluids and for creating drip capillaries. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in its shape, particularly when viewed from its end. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawing, where: Fig. 1 shows the tubular profile in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 shows the profile in a frontal view. The tubular profile, according to the industrial design, is a monolithic thin-walled tube, having a circular profile in the endal view with four identical projections spaced radially at 90° intervals around its circumference. Each of the projections consists of two parts - the first part, which constitutes its shaft and is directed radially towards the pipe axis, and the second part, placed at its end, has the shape of a ring section with a center coinciding with the center of the pipe cross-section. The essential features of the pipe profile shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 1 and 2, are that: – it is a monolithic thin-walled pipe, having a circular profile in the frontal view with four identical projections arranged radially every 90° on the circumference, – each projection consists of two parts - the first part, which constitutes its shaft and is directed radially to the pipe axis, and the second part placed at its end, having the shape of a ring section with its center coinciding with the center of the pipe cross-section.PL 21222 3 Illustration of the patternPL 21222 4 Department of Publishing UPRP PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
