Description
Przedmiotem wynalazku są nowe barwne ciecze jonowe z kationem fosfoniowym i anionem fenolosulfoftaleinianowym oraz sposób wytwarzania nowych barwnych cieczy jonowych z kationem fosfoniowym i anionem fenolosulfoftaleinianowymThe subject of the invention is new colored ionic liquids with a phosphonium cation and a phenolsulfphthaleate anion and a method for the production of new colored ionic liquids with a phosphonium cation and a phenolsulfphthaleate anion.
Barwne fosfoniowe ciecze jonowe obejmują one następujące trzy szeregi homologiczne:Colored phosphonium ionic liquids include the following three homologous series:
- fenolosulfoftaleiniany alkoksymetylotrifenylofosfoniowe,- alkoxymethyltriphenylphosphonium phenolsulfophthaleates,
- fenolosulfoftaleiniany cykloalkoksymetylotrifenylofosfoniowe,- phenolsulfphthaleates cycloalkoxymethyltriphenylphosphonium,
- fenolosulfoftaleiniany alkilotrifenylofosfoniowe oraz fenolosulfoftaleinian benzyloksymetylotrifenylofosfoniowy.- alkyltriphenylphosphonium phenolsulfophthaleates and benzyloxymethyltriphenylphosphonium phenolsulfophthaleate.
Ionic liquids are compounds with an ionic structure consisting of an organic cation and an organic or inorganic anion. The positive charge of the cation is counterbalanced by the negative charge of the anion. Ionic liquids are compounds whose melting point does not exceed 273K. Quaternary phosphonium salts are one group of ionic liquids. The positive charge is located on the phosphorus atom connected to four substituents, both alkyl and aryl. They are thermally and chemically stable compounds. There is little information about them in the literature.
Trifenylofosfina to odczynnik szeroko stosowany. Triphenylphosphine is a widely used reagent. It is obtained from phenylmagnesium bromide and from phosphorus trichloride. The melting point of this compound is 352-354K, while its boiling point is high, at 5 mm Hg it reaches 650K. Triphenylphosphine under the influence of friction, bending and compression is subject to the phenomenon of cold glow, or glow. It is a white crystalline solid without any smell. It dissolves very well in benzene, toluene, chloroform, diethyl ether, while it is slightly soluble in alcohols, acetone, and it does not dissolve at all in water. Phenol red (systematic chemical name: phenolsulfphthalein, 4,4- (3H-2,1-benzoxathiol-3-ylidene) bis phenol, S, S-dioxide) is an organic dye most commonly used as a chemical pH indicator. Due to the change of color from yellow to shades of purple at a pH of 7, phenol red is used to color body fluids such as blood or body secretions, e.g. urine - in order to colorimetrically mark the correct functioning of the kidneys.
Dzięki zastosowaniu rozwiązania według wynalazku uzyskano następujące efekty technicznoekonomiczne:Thanks to the solution according to the invention, the following technical and economic effects were obtained:
• otrzymano nową grupę barwników będących fosfoniowymi solami, • syntezowano sole, które stanowią nową grupę fosfoniowych cieczy jonowych, • wyizolowane związki są stabilne termicznie i chemicznie oraz nie wykazują tendencji do parowania w temperaturach umiarkowanych, • syntezowane barwne sole fosfoniowe rozpuszczalne są w acetonie, chloroformie, alkoholach, DMSO, DMF, częściowo rozpuszczalne w wodzie, a nierozpuszczalne są w węglowodorach, tetrachlorometanie, benzynie ekstrakcyjnej, eterze naftowym, toluenie, heksanie, octanie etylu.• a new group of dyes being phosphonium salts was obtained, • salts were synthesized, which constitute a new group of phosphonium ionic liquids, • isolated compounds are thermally and chemically stable and do not show a tendency to evaporate at moderate temperatures, • synthesized colored phosphonium salts are soluble in acetone, chloroform , alcohols, DMSO, DMF, partially soluble in water and insoluble in hydrocarbons, tetrachloromethane, gasoline, petroleum ether, toluene, hexane, ethyl acetate.
• otrzymane czwartorzędowe sole fosfoniowe znajdują zastosowanie jako barwniki żywic poliestrowych oraz żywic epoksydowych.• the obtained quaternary phosphonium salts are used as dyes for polyester resins and epoxy resins.

Then 25 cm 3 of methanol was dissolved 5 mmol of the sodium salt of phenol red. The flask with partially dissolved chloride was heated to a temperature of 303-363K until complete dissolution. A solution of the sodium salt of phenol red in methanol was added dropwise to the flask in small portions. It was cooled to room temperature with vigorous stirring. Separation of the product as a red-blooded precipitate was observed. The methanol was evaporated in a vacuum evaporator and the flask was left in the desiccator for 24 hours. After 3 end of this time, the reaction flask was added 30 cm 3 of hot chloroform, followed by dissolving the product, and the sodium chloride was filtered off and the unreacted starting materials. The filtrate was evaporated on a vacuum evaporator, and the purified product was allowed to dry completely in a vacuum oven at the temperature of 323K. The product was obtained with a yield of 98%.
