Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi jego nowa i indywidualna postac przejawiajaca sie w charakterystycznym ksztalcie wzoru przemyslowego oraz jego wzornictwie. The essence of the industrial design is its new and individual form, manifested in the characteristic shape of the industrial design and its design. In the first variant, the confectionery package according to the industrial design constitutes a solid in the shape of a regular truncated pyramid, the bases of which are rectangles and the side walls are trapeziums. The upper base of the package has two parts: the inner one in the form of a rectangle with a horizontal slit at the edge of the side wall and the inner part of the upper base, and the outer one in the form resembling a trapezium with a quadrangle, the length of which is equal to the slit placed on the edge of the side wall and the inner part of the upper base of the industrial design. In the second version of the industrial design, the sweets packaging is a solid in the shape of a truncated regular pyramid, the bases of which are rectangles and the side walls are trapezoids. The upper base of the packaging has two parts, the inner one in the form of a rectangle with a horizontal slit on the edge of the side wall and the inner part of the upper base, and the outer one in the form resembling a trapezium with a quadrangle, the length of which is equal to the slit placed on the edge of the side wall and the inner part of the upper base of the industrial design. On the outer part of the upper base in the shape of a trapezium in its central place, the industrial design has an embossed stylized inscription "Skarb Janosika". In the third version of the industrial design, the packaging for sweets is golden in color and is a solid in the shape of a truncated regular pyramid, the bases of which are rectangles and the side walls are trapeziums. The upper base of the packaging has two parts: the inner one in the form of a rectangle with a horizontal slit on the edge of the side wall and the inner part of the upper base, and the outer one in the form resembling a trapezium with a quadrangle, the length of which is equal to the slit placed on the edge of the side wall and the inner part of the upper base of the industrial design. In the fourth version of the industrial design, the packaging for sweets is golden in color and is a solid in the shape of a truncated pyramid regular, the bases of which are rectangles and the side walls are trapezoids. The upper base of the package has two parts: the inner one in the form of a rectangle with a horizontal slot on the edge of the side wall and the inner part of the upper base, and the outer one in the form resembling a trapezoid with a quadrangle, the length of which is equal to the slot placed on the edge of the side wall and the inner part of the upper base of the industrial design. On the outer part of the upper base in the shape of a trapezium in its central place, the industrial design has an embossed stylised inscription "Janosik's Treasure".
