Description of the invention

The subject of the invention is a chair, especially for a blood donor, which is used in blood donation ambulances, blood donation stations and for performing other procedures in the health service.

In the previous solutions, the blood donors' chairs had a fixed base, which prevented any manipulation of the patient's positioning angle in relation to the operator.

There are also chairs in which the backrest is lowered to a certain level on screw mechanisms.

Also known are chairs where there is a rotation mechanism about a transverse axis by means of a hydraulic cylinder powered and controlled by a hydraulic pump.

The essence of the invention, which is an armchair, especially for a blood donor, in the form of a seat and a backrest with armrests, situated on a frame mounted on a tilting mechanism, characterized in that the tilting mechanism consists of two symmetrical to the vertical plane passing through the longitudinal axis of the armchair, rotatably mounted in relation to the seat base and the seat frame, sets of supports, forming a trapezoidal system with a longer front support, moreover, the seat frame has a support to which the end of the actuator is rotatably fixed on its axis, fixed from the other end to the base, moreover, the base in its rear zone is arched, is a guide for the rear arm pin, and has a deflection limiting catch, and the actuator, powered by a compressed air system, has an electromagnetic distributor with an electric control, preferably located in the area of at least one armrest.

Thanks to the use of the chair according to the invention, the following technical and utility effects were obtained:

- the possibility of placing the chair in mobile blood donation ambulances, in blood donation clinics and wherever it is possible to connect the seat actuator to the compressed air system,

- possibility to freely adjust the angle of the chair depending on the needs of the blood donor and the operating staff,

- the ability to control the inclination of the chair through drivers located on both sides of the chair

- low chair production costs.

The subject matter of the invention, in an exemplary embodiment, is shown in the diagram in Fig. 1 showing the seat from the side, and in Fig. 2 in a rear view.

The chair has a seat 1 and a backrest 2 with armrests 3. The seat 1 and the backrest 2 are situated on the frame 4 mounted on the tilting mechanism 5. The tilting mechanism 5 is two, symmetrical in relation to the vertical plane passing through the longitudinal axis of the chair, rotatably mounted with respect to the base 6 of the chair and the seat frames 4, sets of supports 7 and 8, forming a trapezoidal system with a longer front support 7. The frame 4 of the seat 1 has a support 9 to which the end of the actuator fixed from the other end to the base 6 is rotatably fastened on the axis 10. the arcuate zone is the guide 12 for the rear arm pin 13, and has a detent 14 to limit tilt. The actuator 11 is connected to a compressed air system, not shown, and has an electromagnetic distributor 15 with electric controls 16 located on each armrest 3.

After the donor takes the place in the chair, adjust the chair inclination in accordance with the requirements of the blood collection process. For this purpose, the operator of the seat, from either side of the seat, controls the valve of the electromagnetic distributor 15 via the control button 16. Compressed air flows through the distributor 15 to the actuator 11, and the length of the outer part of the piston rod of the actuator 11 is reduced. Due to the action of the actuator 11 on the bracket 9 and the frame 4, the supports 7 and 8 rotate around their axes. Due to the longer length of the front support 7, the front part of the seat 1 will be lifted upwards and the whole seat will be tilted backwards in a position convenient for the donor. The pin 13 of the rear support 8 slides along the guide 12 as far as the catch 14, limiting the swing. The controls 16 can freely determine the angle of the seat from the starting position to the maximum position, limited by the catch 14, and set the position of the seat at any angle within this range.

The armchair, especially for the blood donor, in the form of a seat and a backrest with armrests, situated on a frame mounted on the tilting mechanism, characterized in that the tilting mechanism (5) is two symmetrical in relation to the vertical plane passing through the longitudinal axis of the chair, rotatably mounted in relation to the base ( 6) of the seat and frame (4) of the seat, sets of supports (7) and (8), forming a trapezoidal system with a longer front support (7), besides, the frame (4) of the seat (1) has a support (9) to which on the axis (10), the end of the actuator (11) is attached, fixed at the other end to the base (6), moreover, the base (6) in its rear arc-shaped zone is a guide (12) for the pin (13) of the rear arm (8), and has a deflection limiting catch (14), and the actuator (11), supplied from a compressed air system, has an electromagnetic distributor (15), with an electric control (16) preferably located in the area of at least one armrest (3).
