Paluszek jako wyrób cukierniczy Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 26 wrzesnia 1997r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest paluszek jako wyrób cukierniczy. Istota wzoru zdobniczego jest nowa postac paluszka przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie i zestawieniu barwy. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidocz- niony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym. Paluszek wedlug wzoru zdobniczego ma postac wydluzonego slupka o pion- wych koncach. srednica do dlugosci jest w stosunku 1 : 10. Paluszek wyko- nany jest z cukierniczej masy pomadowej w kolorze bialym, pokrytej na zew- netrznej powierzchni kuwertura czekoladowa w naturalnym kolorze czekolado- wym. Przy czym koncówki paluszka sa w kolorze bialym w czesci srodkowej i kolorze czekoladowym w czesci zewnetrznej. Powyzsza postac paluszka odznacza sie swoistoscia i oryginalnoscia a zestawienie barwy bialej masy pomadcwej z czekoladowa powloka zewnetrzna nadaje mu estetyczny i orygina- lny wyglad. PL PLThe decorative design registration right is valid from September 26, 1997. The subject of the decorative design is a stick as a confectionery product. The essence of the decorative design is a new form of the stick, manifested in its shape and color combination. The subject of the design is shown in the attached illustration. According to the decorative design, the stick takes the form of an elongated column with vertical ends. The diameter to length ratio is 1:10. The stick is made of white fondant confectionery mass, coated on the outer surface with chocolate couverture in a natural chocolate color. The tips of the stick are white in the center and chocolate on the outer part. The above stick shape is unique and original, and the combination of the white fondant mass and the chocolate outer coating gives it an aesthetic and original appearance.
