Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie przeznaczone glównie dla butelek zawierajacych alkohole spozywcze. Opakowanie wedlug wzoru przemyslowego pokazane jest na fotografiach w wersji, której korpus zewnetrzny wykonany jest z tektury mikrofalistej o pofalowanej powierzchni a czesc wewnetrzna wykonana jest z kartonu o lustrzanej, zlotej powierzchni. Fig. 1 przedstawia opakowanie w ujeciu prezentujacym jego bryle, stanowiona przez cztery belki o prostokatnym przekroju, kolejno laczace sie ze soba pod katem prostym i okalajace usytuowana centralnie butelke. Fig. 2 pokazuje ujecie z widocznym odbiciem butelki w lustrzanej powierzchni czesci wewnetrznej. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac opakowania o opisanych wyzej cechach geometrycznych. Charakteryzuje sie ona tym, ze czesc wewnetrzna wykonana jest z materialu o powierzchni lustrzanej, odbijajacej obraz usytuowanej w srodku butelki. Dodatkowo, dzieki odmiennej od dotychczas stosowanych konstrukcji, czesc ta widoczna jest w rzucie od czola, jako wewnetrzny, metaliczny pasek przylegajacy do belek formujacych zewnetrzny korpus opakowania. The packaging, according to the industrial design, is shown in the photographs in a version where the outer body is made of microflute cardboard with a corrugated surface and the inner part is made of cardboard with a mirror-like, gold surface. Fig. 1 shows the packaging in a view presenting its shape, formed by four beams with a rectangular cross-section, successively connecting at right angles and surrounding a centrally located bottle. Fig. 2 shows a view with a visible reflection of the bottle in the mirror-like surface of the inner part. The essential features of the industrial design are a new form of packaging with the geometric features described above. It is characterized by the inner part being made of a material with a mirror-like surface, reflecting the image located in the center of the bottle. Additionally, thanks to a design different from those used previously, this part is visible from the front as an internal, metallic strip adhering to the beams forming the outer body of the packaging.
