Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest koperta foliowa z tworzywa sztucznego o oryginalnej postaci oraz indywidualnym charakterze i jest przeznaczona do odtwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej lub rzemieslniczej. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego naleza nalozone na prostokatna koperte trzy równolegle paski oraz po dwa naciecia boku koperty (z lewego, prawego lub obu) skierowane pod katem ostrym do srodkowego paska.
