Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lampa górnicza. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wytworu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie powierzchni, linii i konturów. Lampa górnicza moze byc wykonywana z róznych materialów oraz w dowolnych kolorach. Wzór przedstawiono na rysunku Fig. 1 na zdjeciu lampy w widoku ogólnym. Korpus o prostokatnej podstawie ma w czesci dolnej ksztalt zblizony do graniastoslupa prostego, który w górnej czesci zakonczony jest bryla w postaci polowy walca o poziomej osi. Z jednej strony korpusu o ksztalcie podstawy walca jest kolowa oprawa zarówki, z która jest polaczona kolowa nakretka posiadajaca na obwodzie pólwalcowe karby. Natomiast na walcowej, górnej czesci korpusu sa podluzne wglebienia. Od czola nakretki jest widoczna szyba. Po przeciwnej stronie walcowa czesc korpusu zakonczona jest czasza. Na graniastoslupowej czesci korpusu, po przeciwnej stronie reflektora i blizej podstawy jest zamocowany zaczep, majacy w widoku z boku ksztalt litery „U". Na scianach korpusu sa widoczne czola tulei z otworem, osadzonej przelotowo. W górnej czesci lampy jest przycisk lacznika, w postaci walcowatego trzpienia o zaokraglonym wierzcholku. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the product, manifested in its shape, arrangement of surfaces, lines, and contours. The miner's lamp can be made of various materials and in any color. The design is shown in Figure 1, showing a general view of the lamp. The body, with a rectangular base, has a lower section similar to a right prism, which ends in a half-cylindrical shape with a horizontal axis at the top. On one side of the cylindrical base-shaped body is a circular bulb socket, connected to a circular nut with semi-cylindrical notches around its circumference. The cylindrical upper part of the body features longitudinal recesses. A glass pane is visible from the front of the nut. On the opposite side, the cylindrical part of the body ends in a bowl. On the prismatic part of the body, on the opposite side of the reflector and closer to the base, a catch is mounted, which in a side view has the shape of the letter "U". On the walls of the body, the faces of a sleeve with a hole, mounted through, are visible. In the upper part of the lamp, there is a switch button in the form of a cylindrical pin with a rounded top. Significant features The significant features according to the industrial design presented are that the body with a rectangular base has the shape of a prism connected to half a cylinder, where the base of the cylinder is terminated on one end with a bulb socket connected to a nut, while in the lower part of the body, on the opposite side of the bulb socket, there is a catch, and in the upper part of the body there is a button.
