Po wysuszeniu otrzymuje się 1.5 g (91%) kwasu (7-chloro-3-fenyloamino-8-metylo-1.1-diokso-4H-1,5,2-benzo[f]ditiazepin-4-ylideno)octowego topniejącego z rozkładem w temperaturze 193-194°C.
