Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lampa okolicznosciowa, która na potrzeby uzytkowania nie wymaga polaczenia przewodowego z siecia elektryczna. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest przestrzenne uksztaltowanie i zestawienie skladowych elemen- tów lampy, stwarzajace mozliwosc szerokiego wykorzystywania w róznych miejscach i w zróznicowa- nych sytuacjach, w czasie spotkan zarówno rodzinnych, jak i towarzyskich. Swoim wygladem latwo wkomponowuje sie w kazde otoczenie przestrzenne i srodowiskowe. Zewnetrzna powierzchnia klosza moze byc przejrzysta, a takze kolorowa, o znamionach zdobniczych lub z akcentami charakterystycz- nymi dla reklamy i marketingu. Ma wysokie walory zdobnicze i estetyczne, jest latwa w uzytkowaniu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia widok boczny lampy okolicznosciowej w podstawowej modelowej formie, fig. 2 - widok boczny lampy okolicznosciowej majacej klosz o kolorowym zdobniczym charakterze, fig. 3 - widok bocz- ny lampy okolicznosciowej z zaznaczonym na powierzchni klosza slowno-graficznym zwrotem rekla- mowym, fig. 4 - widok boczny lampy okolicznosciowej z zapisem i graficznym ujeciem sloganu marketin- gowego. Pierwsza odmiana lampy okolicznosciowej wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma postac stolowego kielicha z umieszczonym na dnie malym elementem swietlnym - swieczka, zas na górnej krawedzi kieli- cha osadzony jest wymiennie klosz w ksztalcie stozka scietego oslaniajacy górna czesc kielicha, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1. Druga odmiana lampy okolicznosciowej ma budowe i przestrzenne uksztaltowanie identyczne, jak w pierwszej odmianie. Wyróznikiem jest wielokolorowe zdobnicze zabarwienie powierzchni bocznej klosza, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 2. Trzecia odmiana lampy okolicznosciowej ma budowe i przestrzenne uksztaltowanie identyczne, jak w pierwszej odmianie. Wyróznikiem jest umieszczenie na bocznej powierzchni klosza w formie slowno-graficznej sloganu reklamowego, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 3. Czwarta odmiana lampy okolicznosciowej ma budowe i przestrzenne uksztaltowanie identycz- ne, jak w pierwszej odmianie. Wyróznikiem jest zaznaczenie slowno-graficzne na powierzchni bocznej hasla marketingowego, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 4. The essence of an industrial design is the spatial shape and combination of the lamp's components, making it possible to be widely used in various places and in various situations, during both family and social gatherings. Its appearance easily fits into any spatial and environmental surroundings. The outer surface of the lampshade can be transparent, colorful, with decorative features or accents typical of advertising and marketing. It has high decorative and aesthetic values and is easy to use. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows a side view of an occasional lamp in a basic model form, Fig. 2 - a side view of an occasional lamp with a lampshade with a colorful decorative character, Fig. 3 - a side view of an occasional lamp with a verbal and graphic advertising phrase marked on the surface of the lampshade, Fig. 4 - side view of an occasional lamp with a written and graphic representation of the marketing slogan. The first type of occasional lamp according to an industrial design has the form of a table cup with a small light element placed at the bottom - a candle, and on the upper edge of the cup there is an interchangeable truncated cone-shaped lampshade covering the upper part of the cup, as shown in the attached illustration, Fig. 1. The second type of occasional lamp has the same structure and spatial shape as the first type. The distinguishing feature is the multi-colored decorative coloring of the side surface of the lampshade, as shown in the attached illustration, Fig. 2. The third version of the occasional lamp has the same structure and spatial shape as the first version. The distinguishing feature is the placement of an advertising slogan in the verbal and graphic form on the side surface of the lampshade, as shown in the attached illustration, Fig. 3. The fourth type of occasional lamp has the same structure and spatial shape as the first type. The distinguishing feature is the word-graphic marking on the side surface of the marketing slogan, as shown in the attached illustrative material Fig. 4.
