Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest krzyz przeznaczony do celów kultu religijnego. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa oraz posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, co jest efektem oryginalnej linii jego konturu oraz ornamentacji. Wzór przemyslowy jest pokazany na zalaczonych ilustracjach fig. 1 i fig. 2, przedstawiajacych dwie jego odmiany. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Krzyz wedlug wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony w odmianie I na ilustracji fig. 1. Krzyz ten jest plaskorzezba wykonana w calosci z tego samego materialu. Zadne z ramion krzyza nie ma któregokolwiek brzegu w linii prostej - ich brzegi sa lukowate. Kazde z ramion krzyza jest polaczone z ramieniem sasiednim lukowato tak, ze obydwa przechodza lagodnie jedno w drugie. Poczynajac od srodka krzyza kazde z ramion zweza sie stopniowo tak, ze osiaga minimum szerokosci w mniej wiecej srodkowej czesci swojej dlugosci. Od tego minimum szerokosci - kazde z ramion lagodnie sie rozszerza w kierunku swego konca w sposób nieco asymetryczny, powodujac wrazenie jego lagodnego wygiecia sie. Koniec kazdego z ramion jest zaokraglony, nie ma na nim ostrych krawedzi lub kantów. Wszystkie ramiona krzyza maja wzdluz swej dlugosci lagodne wyzlobienia, przy czym wyzlobienia jednego z ramion poziomych przechodza lukowato w wyzlobienia górnego ramienia pionowego krzyza, zas wyzlobienia drugiego z ramion poziomych - przechodza lukowato w wyzlobienia dolnego ramienia pionowego krzyza. Na skrzyzowaniu ramion krzyz posiada element zdobniczy w postaci owalnego kartusza z elementem obrazowym przedstawiajacym mape swiata. Dolna czesc tej mapy swiata jest przeslonieta glowa i rekami nalezacymi do figury postaci nagiego mezczyzny z przepaska na biodrach. Glowa mezczyzny jest owinieta pretami na ksztalt cierni. Rece mezczyzny sa wzniesione lekko ku górze krzyza i rozlozone wzdluz jego ramion poziomych. Dlonie mezczyzny sa umocowane na srodkowych czesciach dlugosci ramion poziomych krzyza, a stopy sa umieszczone na postumencie umocowanym do dolnego ramienia pionowego krzyza. The essence of the industrial design is the product's new and unique form, resulting from its original contour lines and ornamentation. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, which depict two of its variants. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The cross according to the industrial design is shown in variant I in Fig. 1. This cross is a bas-relief made entirely of the same material. None of the arms of the cross has any of its edges in a straight line—their edges are arcuate. Each arm of the cross is connected to the adjacent arm in an arc, blending smoothly into each other. Starting from the center of the cross, each arm gradually narrows, reaching its minimum width approximately at the midpoint of its length. From this minimum width, each arm gently widens towards its tip in a slightly asymmetrical manner, giving the impression of a gentle curve. The tip of each arm is rounded, free of sharp edges or corners. All arms of the cross are gently grooved along their length, with the grooves of one horizontal arm merging into the grooves of the upper vertical arm of the cross, while the grooves of the other horizontal arm merging into the grooves of the lower vertical arm of the cross. At the intersection of the arms, the cross features a decorative element in the form of an oval cartouche with a pictorial element depicting a world map. The lower part of this world map is obscured by the head and arms of a figure of a naked man wearing a loincloth. The man's head is wrapped in thorn-shaped bars. The man's arms are raised slightly toward the top of the cross and spread along its horizontal arms. The man's hands are attached to the middle sections of the cross's horizontal arms, and his feet are placed on a pedestal attached to the lower vertical arm of the cross. The cross according to the industrial design in version II is shown in illustration Fig. 2.
