Honorowa odznaka Polskiego Zwiazku Filatelistów Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od 19 lutego 2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest honorowa odznaka Polskiego Zwiazku Filatelistów, przeznaczona do odznaczania osób szczególnie zasluzonych dla polskiej Filatelistyki, przy czym ranga tej odznaki jest stopniowana. W zaleznosci od zaslug odznaka moze byc brazowa, srebrna lub zlota.Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i zdobieniu powierzchni, nadajaca odznace nowy, oryginalny wyglad zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zilustrowany na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia zlota odznake, fig.2 - srebrna odznake, natomiast fig.3 - prezentuje brazowa odznake. Odznaka, zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym jest uksztaltowana w formie prostokatnej plytki, której czesc czolowa posiada wypukle zdobienie. Zdobienie stanowi ramka, wewnatrz której jest usytuowany rysunek przedstawiajacy stylizowany globus. Na globusie jest golab /. rozpostartymi skrzydlami, trzymajacy w dziobie koperte. Ponizej znajduja sie stylizowane litery. Litery zewnetrzne sa ukosnie nachylone ku obrzezom, natomiast srodkowa litera jest usytuowana pionowo. Ramka, wewnatrz której jest rysunek i stylizowane litery, ma zewnetrzne obrzeza postrzepione tak jak obrzeza znaczka pocztowego. Honorowa odznaka Polskiego Zwiazku Filatelistów - zlota, zaprezentowana na fotografii, fig. 1 ma obrzeza, litery, linie zakreslajace globus i obrys golebia wraz z koperta w kolorze zlotym. Tlo jest bordowe, zas wnetrze globusa niebieskie. Odznaka srebrna, przedstawiona na fotografii, fig.2 - posiada tlo bordowe, wnetrze globusa niebieskie, natomiast pozostale elementy sa w kolorze srebrnym. Odznaka z fotografii, fig.3 - jest utrzymana w kolorze brazowym, przy czym tlo jest w kolorze ciemno-brazowym, zas pozostale elementy w kolorze jasno-brazowym. PL PL PLThe Polish Philatelic Association's Honorary Badge of the Polish Philatelic Association has been registered for this design since February 19, 2001. The design is an honorary badge of the Polish Philatelic Association, intended to recognize individuals who have made significant contributions to Polish philately, with the badge's rank being graded. Depending on the merit, the badge may be bronze, silver, or gold. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape and surface decoration, giving the badge a new, original appearance aimed at aesthetic purposes. The design is illustrated in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the gold badge, Fig. 2 the silver badge, and Fig. 3 the bronze badge. The badge, in keeping with its decorative design, is shaped like a rectangular plate, the front of which features convex decoration. The decoration consists of a frame, within which is a drawing of a stylized globe. On the globe is a dove with outstretched wings, holding an envelope in its beak. Below are stylized letters. The outer letters are diagonally inclined towards the edges, while the central letter is vertical. The frame, within which is the drawing and stylized letters, has frayed outer edges like those of a postage stamp. The honorary badge of the Polish Philatelic Association – gold, presented in the photograph, Fig. 1, has gold edges, letters, and lines outlining the globe and the outline of the dove, along with the envelope. The background is burgundy, and the interior of the globe is blue. The silver badge shown in photo 2 has a burgundy background, the interior of the globe is blue, and the remaining elements are silver.
