Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli przeznaczony do przedpokoju, skladajacy sie z wieszaka i stolika. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego sluzy do polozenia nakrycia glowy, wieszania nakrycia wierzchniego oraz do stawiania obuwia. Na fig. 1 pokazano zestaw w calosci: wieszak oraz stolik, na fig. 2 pokazano stolik oraz dolna czesc wieszaka, na fig. 3 pokazano zblizenie górnej czesci wieszaka. Wieszak ma nowoczesny charakter i przeznaczony jest do zainstalowania w przedpokoju na scianie. Na mebel sklada sie czesc przeznaczona do polozenia czapek i wieszania plaszczy badz kurtek. Wieszak zbudowany jest z dwóch prostokatnych czesci wykonanych z drewna, polaczonych ze soba, wewnatrz których zainstalowane sa ksztaltowniki o przekroju kwadratowym wykonane z metalu. Czesc górna wieszaka stanowi okolo 1/5 wielkosci czesci dolnej. Elementy polaczone sa ze soba pod katem 90 stopni, gdzie górna czesc podtrzymuja dwa ksztaltowniki o przekroju kwadratowym, niezainstalowane pod katem 45 stopni. Wewnatrz prostokatnych, drewnianych elementów sa wkomponowane równolegle do siebie ksztaltowniki o przekroju kwadratowym. Wieszak posiada haczyki do wieszania plaszczy osadzone na drewnianych kwadratach, umiejscowionych pomiedzy kwadratowymi metalowymi ksztaltownikami na okolo 1/3 wysokosci wieszaka patrzac od góry (drewnianych kwadratów z haczykami moze byc wiele, róznie rozmieszczonych). Integralna czesc mebla stanowi stolik przeznaczony do stawiania obuwia i odkladania parasoli. Zbudowany jest z blatu drewnianego w którym sa otwory przeznaczone do parasoli, który osadzony jest na czterech nogach wykonanych z tego samego profilu metalowego co górna czesc wieszaka. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: ksztalt, material, prostokatne i kwadratowe elementy - jak pokazano na ilustracji wzoru. The subject of the industrial design is used to put a head covering, hang an overcoat and put shoes. Fig. 1 shows the entire set: a coat rack and a table, Fig. 2 shows the table and the lower part of the coat rack, Fig. 3 shows a close-up of the upper part of the coat rack. The coat rack has a modern character and is intended for installation in a hallway on a wall. The piece of furniture consists of a part intended for putting hats and hanging coats or jackets. The coat rack is made of two rectangular parts made of wood, connected together, inside which square sections made of metal are installed. The upper part of the coat rack is approximately 1/5 the size of the lower part. The elements are connected at a 90-degree angle, where the upper part is supported by two square-section profiles, not installed at a 45-degree angle. Inside the rectangular, wooden elements, parallel square-section profiles are incorporated. The coat rack has hooks for hanging coats mounted on wooden squares, located between square metal profiles at about 1/3 of the height of the hanger when viewed from above (there may be many wooden squares with hooks, differently arranged). An integral part of the furniture is a table designed for putting shoes and putting away umbrellas. It is made of a wooden top with holes for umbrellas, which is mounted on four legs made of the same metal profile as the upper part of the hanger.
