Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest umywalka lazienkowa p.t. „Umywalka NOCLAF UM ORG 60", jednokomorowa przystosowana do posadowienia na szafkach lazienkowych. W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, Umywalka NOCLAF UM ORG 60 wyróznia sie nowa i oryginalna postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie i cechach linii, konturach, wlasciwosciach i uksztaltowaniu powierzchni oraz wzajemnym usytuowaniu poszczególnych elementów tworzacych wzór. Umywalka NOCLAF UM ORG 60 ma nowoczesny ksztalt i charakteryzuje sie wysokimi walorami estetycznymi wyrózniajacymi ja wsród znanych dotychczas wzorów umywalek. Umywalke NOCLAF UM ORG 60 uwidoczniono na zalaczonych fotografiach, fig. 1-9 zdjec. Dla lepszego zobrazowania przedmiotu wzoru zalaczono dodatkowe fotografie (fig. 2, fig. 7 i fig. 8). Przy czym widoczne na fig. 2 sciany, bateria, korek nie stanowia przedmiotu wzoru. Nie stanowia takze przedmiotu wzoru widoczne na fig. 7 i fig. 8 sciany, szafka, bateria i korek. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia umywalke w widoku z góry, fig. 2 - przedstawia umywalke w widoku z góry w aranzacji (bateria, sciany, korek - nie stanowia przedmiotu wzoru, fig. 3 - przedstawia umywalke w widoku z boku (lewego), fig. 4 - przedstawia umywalke w widoku z boku (prawego), fig. 5 - przedstawia umywalke w widoku z tylu, fig. 6 przedstawia umywalke w widoku z przodu, fig. 7, fig. 8 przedstawia umywalke w rzucie perspektywicznym (przy czym szafka, sciany, bateria, korek - nie stanowia przedmiotu wzoru), fig. 6 przedstawia umywalke w widoku z dolu. Umywalka lazienkowa NOCLAF UM ORG 60 ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzujace sie tym, ze umywalka lazienkowa jest o podstawie prostokata z zaokraglonym rogiem w ksztalcie odwróconego stozka (1) i plaszczyznie roboczej umywalki, która wystepuje w dwóch poziomach, tak, ze jeden jest obnizony wzgledem drugiego (2). In comparison to known products of this type, similar in form, the NOCLAF UM ORG 60 Washbasin is distinguished by its new and original design manifested in the shape, arrangement and features of lines, contours, properties and shape of the surface, and the mutual positioning of the individual elements forming the design. The NOCLAF UM ORG 60 washbasin has a modern shape and is characterized by high aesthetic values, distinguishing it among previously known washbasin designs. The NOCLAF UM ORG 60 washbasin is shown in the attached photographs, figs. 1-9. To better illustrate the subject of the design, additional photographs are attached (Fig. 2, Fig. 7, and Fig. 8). The walls, tap, and cork visible in Fig. 2 are not the subject of the design. The walls, cabinet, tap, and cork visible in Fig. 7 and Fig. 8 are also not the subject of the design. The NOCLAF UM ORG 60 bathroom washbasin has essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that the bathroom washbasin has a rectangular base with a rounded corner in the shape of an inverted cone (1) and The washbasin's working surface is arranged in two levels, one lowered relative to the other (2).
