Nowy i oryginalny charakter wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w stylizowanym i dekora- cyjnym ksztalcie przestrzennym glowy jelenia z porozem oraz w ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony schematycznie na ilustracji, na której fig. 1 przedstawia glowe jelenia z porozem w widoku czolowym, fig. 2 - glowe jelenia z porozem w widoku ukosnym, a fig. 3 - glowe jelenia z porozem w widoku z boku. Glowa jelenia z porozem, którego istotne cechy sa przedstawione ponizej w opisie oraz w materiale ilustracyjnym na fig. 1 - fig. 3, ma przestrzennie postac imitujaca glowe jelenia wyposazona w poroze, która wraz z imitacja szyi jelenia jest zamocowana do tarczy, sluzacej jednoczesnie jako element umozliwiajacy zawieszenie na przyklad na scianie. Calosc stanowi element dekoracyjny, imitujacy trofeum mysliwskie. Poszczególne elementy wzoru przemyslowego maja ksztalt plaskich ksztaltek o zakrzywionej linii brzegowej, które polaczone z soba pod katem prostym tworza przestrzenna postac wzoru. The new and original character of the industrial design is manifested in the stylized and decorative spatial shape of the deer head with antlers and in the arrangement of lines. The industrial design is schematically depicted in the illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows a frontal view of the deer head with antlers, Fig. 2 shows a diagonal view of the deer head with antlers, and Fig. 3 shows a side view of the deer head with antlers. The deer head with antlers, whose essential features are presented below in the description and in the illustrations in Fig. 1-3, has a three-dimensional form imitating a deer head equipped with antlers, which, together with the imitation deer neck, is attached to a shield, which also serves as a hanging element, for example, on a wall. The whole constitutes a decorative element, imitating a hunting trophy. Individual elements of the industrial design are shaped as flat shapes with curved edges, which, when connected at right angles, create a three-dimensional form of the design. As seen in Figures 1, 2, and 3, three flat shapes are connected to the shield at right angles. The central shape is the longest, and from it extend the deer's ears and antlers, each equipped with a crown with branches and lateral branches perpendicular to the antlers. Between the flat shapes of the neck and the deer's head are gaps, which give the design a grid-like, ribbed appearance. The flat shapes can be made of any material, such as sheet metal, plastic, wood, or cardboard. The essential features of the industrial design: The deer's head with antlers has a three-dimensional form imitating a deer's head equipped with antlers, which, together with the imitated deer's neck, are attached to the shield, which also serves as a hanging element, for example, on a wall.
