Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nakladka górna siatki ogrodzeniowej, przeznaczona do zabezpieczenia przed wejsciem na posesje osób niepozadanych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia nakladke górna siatki ogrodzeniowej w widoku od czola o parzystej ilosci kolcy, fig. 2 przedstawia nakladke górna siatki ogrodzeniowej w widoku z boku o parzystej ilosci kolcy, fig. 3 przedstawia w widoku od czola odmiane nakladki górnej o nieparzystej ilosci kolcy, fig. 4 przedstawia odmiane nakladki górnej siatki ogrodzeniowej w widoku z boku o nieparzystej ilosci kolcy, fig. 5 przedstawia osadzona na siat- ce ogrodzeniowej nakladke górna siatki ogrodzeniowej w widoku z boku. Cecha istotna nakladki górnej siatki ogrodzeniowej wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, jest to, ze sklada sie z preta (1) zakonczonego obustronnie odcinkiem gwintowanym (2), na którego calej dlugo- sci osadzono trwale, w odstepach, równolegle do siebie zestawy par zaostrzonych kolcy (3), które usytuowane sa wzgledem siebie pod katem prostym, jak to pokazano na fig. 1 i 2. Cecha istotna odmiany nakladka górna siatki ogrodzeniowej wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze na precie (1) zakonczonego obustronnie odcinkiem gwintowanym (2), na którego calej dlugosci osadzono trwale, równolegle do siebie zestawy nieparzystych zaostrzonych kolcy (3), jak to pokazano na fig. 3 i 4. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a frontal view of the top cover of the fence mesh with an even number of spikes, Fig. 2 shows a side view of the top cover of the fence mesh with an even number of spikes, Fig. 3 shows a frontal view of a variant of the top cover with an odd number of spikes, Fig. 4 shows a side view of the top cover of the fence mesh with an odd number of spikes, Fig. 5 shows a side view of the top cover of the fence mesh mounted on the fence mesh. An essential feature of the upper cover of the fence mesh according to the industrial design is that it consists of a rod (1) terminated on both sides with a threaded section (2), on the entire length of which there are permanently mounted, at intervals, parallel sets of pairs of sharpened spikes (3), which are situated at right angles to each other, as shown in Figs. 1 and 2. An essential feature of the variant of the upper cover of the fence mesh according to the industrial design is that on the rod (1) terminated on both sides with a threaded section (2), on the entire length of which there are permanently mounted, parallel sets of odd sharpened spikes (3), as shown in Figs. 3 and 4.
