Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiot opisu: Przedmiotem opisu jest rekawica wykonana ze skóry bydlecej przeznaczona do jazdy jednosla- dem. Rekawica wyposazona jest w autorskie rozwiazania ochronne takie jak specjalne nakladki ze skóry chroniace najbardziej newralgiczne miejsca dloni przy upadku - kostki oraz obszar nadgarstka oraz piankowe protektory na mankiecie. Elementem wyrózniajacym rekawice „Modena" jest charakte- rystyczne wzornictwo podkreslone „wijacymi" kwiatowymi nadrukami w okolicach protektora kostko- wego oraz mankietu. Model „Modena" opracowany zostal w dwóch wersjach kolorystycznych: czarna oraz bialo-czarna. The glove is equipped with proprietary protective solutions, such as special leather overlays that protect the most vulnerable areas of the hand in the event of a fall – the knuckles and wrist area, as well as foam protectors on the cuff. The distinguishing feature of the "Modena" gloves is their characteristic design, highlighted by "winding" floral prints around the knuckle protector and cuff. The "Modena" model was developed in two color versions: black and black and white. II) The floral patterns in the form of print, indicated in the illustrations at points C (Fig. 3) and E (Fig. 3) and in the photographs (Fig. 9 and Fig. 10), constitute characteristic visual elements allowing for easy distinction of the "Modena" glove model from other items of this type. III) Characteristic shape of the fingers together with foam protectors marked with the letter A (Fig. 3). IV) A strap helping to tighten the glove, located on the cuff, marked F (Fig. 3).
