Niemcy Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest chlodziarka z blatem zawierajaca komore chlodzenia i komore niskich temperatur.Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac chlodziarki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i barwie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, przy czym fig. 1 przedstawia chlodziarke z blatem w widoku od przodu, fig. 2 chlodziarke w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu, fig. 3 - chlodziarke w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - chlodziarke w widoku z drugiego boku, fig. 5 - chlodziarke w widoku z góry, fig. 6 - chlodziarke z otwartymi drzwiami w widoku od przodu, a fig. 7 - chlodziarke z otwartymi drzwiami i otwarta klapa komory niskich temperatur w widoku od przodu. Chlodziarka z blatem, ma obudowe skladajaca sie z prostopadlosciennej szafki z plaskim, poziomym, w przyblizeniu kwadratowym blatem, i z usytuowanymi z przodu drzwiami, przy czym w komorze wewnetrznej szafki znajduja sie: komora chlodzenia i komora niskich temperatur oraz umieszczone sa wysuwne poziomo pólki oraz pojemniki na produkty. Z plaskiej powierzchni czolowej drzwi wystaje nieznacznie plaski, zachodzacy na boki drzwi pas, którego poziomy górny brzeg pokrywa sie z górna krawedzia drzwi, a dolny brzeg jest równolegly do brzegu górnego, przy czym w przyblizeniu posrodku szerokosci pasa przebiega falista linia, majaca posrodku swojej dlugosci dolek fali, a po bokach dwa wzniesienia, pod którymi znajduja sie dwa, stanowiace uchwyty wglebienia o soczewkowym ksztalcie. Dolna krawedz kazdego z tych wglebien jest przedluzona linia wznoszaca sie w kierunku górnego obrzeza drzwi, stykajac sie po drodze z opadajaca ku dolowi i konczaca sie w tym miejscu linia falista. Dolny brzeg drzwi jest od zewnatrz sciety pochylo ku dolowi, w kierunku wnetrza chlodziarki na calej swojej dlugosci i ma wystajace nieznacznie ponad przednia powierzchnie drzwi wzdluzne obramowanie. W komorze wewnetrznej szafki umieszczona jest ponizej blatukomora niskich temperatur, zamykana prostokatna klapa, odchylna wzdluz bocznego obrzeza, z prostopadlosciennym wyjmowalnym pojemnikiem. Pod komora niskich temperatur znajduje sie jedna, zajmujaca cala wewnetrzna szerokosc komory chlodziarki, pólka w ksztalcie prostokatnej szuflady o niskich bokach, ponizej której umieszczona jest pólka o ksztalcie dwusegmentowej szuflady, której kazdy prostokatny segment ma boki o róznej wysokosci i rózny poziom dna, zas na dnie komory chlodzacej chlodziarki ustawione sa obok siebie dwa prostopadloscienne pojemniki o róznych wysokosciach, przy czym nad pojemnikiem nizszym znajduje sie na sciance bocznej pólka boczna. Ponadto w komorze wewnetrznej szafki znajduja sie dwie przestawne prostopadloscienne, podluzne podstawki, z okraglymi otworami w górnych powierzchniach, przy czym w jednej podstawce znajduje sie jeden rzad otworów o wiekszych srednicach, zas w drugiej - dwa rzedy usytuowanych obok siebie otworów o mniejszych srednicach. W powierzchni wewnetrznej drzwi chlodziarki, w przyblizeniu posrodku ich szerokosci, znajduje sie prostokatne, podluzne wglebienie o pionowych dluzszych bokach, którego górny, waski bok usytuowany jest w poblizu uszczelki drzwiowej, przebiegajacej blisko zewnetrznego zarysu drzwi, zas dolny bok wglebienia znajduje sie troche ponizej srodka wysokosci drzwi, przy czym we wglebieniu tym umieszczone sa jeden nad drugim, w pewnej odleglosci od siebie, dwie prostopadloscienne wkladki. Zarys przedniego brzegu blatu chlodziarki ma w widoku z góry ksztalt luku o duzym promieniu krzywizny, zas przy tylnym brzegu blatu wystajacym poza tylna scianke szafki, znajduje sie kratka, przebiegajaca na calej szerokosci blatu i majaca usytuowane w rzedach obok siebie prostokatne podluzne otwory. Pólki oraz pojemniki znajdujace sie w komorze wewnetrznej szafki oraz wkladki w drzwiach chlodziarki maja barwe ciemniejsza od scianek zewnetrznych iwewnetrznych szafki, drzwi oraz blatu, a takze od podstawek z okraglymi otworami. Ponadto pólki oraz pojemniki znajdujace sie w komorze wewnetrznej szafki oraz w drzwiach chlodziarki sa pólprzezroczyste. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the refrigerator, manifested in its shape, line arrangement and colour. The subject of the decorative pattern is shown in the attached photographs, where Fig. 1 shows the refrigerator with a countertop in a front view, Fig. 2 shows the refrigerator in a perspective view from the front, Fig. 3 - the refrigerator in a side view, Fig. 4 - the refrigerator in a view from the other side, Fig. 5 - the refrigerator in a top view, Fig. 6 - the refrigerator with an open door in a front view, and Fig. 7 - the refrigerator with an open door and an open low-temperature chamber flap in a front view. A countertop refrigerator has a housing consisting of a rectangular cabinet with a flat, horizontal, approximately square top and a front door. The cabinet's internal compartment contains a cooling compartment and a low-temperature compartment, as well as horizontally extendable shelves and product containers. A flat strip extends slightly from the flat front surface of the door, overlapping the sides of the door. The horizontal upper edge of the strip aligns with the upper edge of the door, and the lower edge is parallel to the upper edge. A wavy line runs approximately in the middle of the width of the strip, with a wave trough in the middle and two elevations on the sides, below which are two lens-shaped recesses serving as handles. The lower edge of each of these recesses is an extended line rising towards the upper edge of the door, meeting along the way with a wavy line descending downwards and terminating there. The lower edge of the door slopes downwards towards the refrigerator interior along its entire length and has a longitudinal frame protruding slightly above the front surface of the door. The cabinet's interior compartment houses a low-temperature compartment beneath the countertop, closed by a rectangular flap that swings along the side edge and contains a rectangular, removable container. Beneath the low-temperature compartment, there is a single shelf in the shape of a rectangular drawer with low sides, spanning the entire internal width of the refrigerator compartment. Below this shelf is a shelf in the shape of a two-segment drawer, each rectangular segment having sides of different heights and a different bottom level. At the bottom of the refrigerator's cooling compartment, two rectangular containers of different heights are positioned side by side, with a side shelf located on the side wall above the lower container. Furthermore, the cabinet's internal compartment contains two adjustable, elongated, rectangular bases with circular holes in their upper surfaces. One base has a single row of larger-diameter holes, while the other has two rows of adjacent smaller-diameter holes. In the interior surface of the refrigerator door, approximately in the middle of its width, there is a rectangular, elongated recess with vertical longer sides. The upper, narrow side of the recess is located near the door seal, which runs close to the outer outline of the door, while the lower side of the recess is located slightly below the middle of the door height. Within this recess, two rectangular inserts are placed one above the other, spaced apart. When viewed from above, the outline of the front edge of the refrigerator countertop is shaped like an arc with a large radius of curvature, while at the rear edge of the countertop, extending beyond the rear wall of the cabinet, there is a grid running the entire width of the countertop and having rectangular, elongated openings arranged in rows next to each other. The shelves and containers located in the cabinet's interior compartment and the refrigerator door inserts are darker than the exterior and interior walls of the cabinet, door, and countertop, as well as the bases with round holes. Furthermore, the shelves and containers located in the cabinet's interior compartment and the refrigerator door are translucent.
