Istote cech nowosci i oryginalnosci wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie ksztaltem butelki i nakretki oraz charakterystycznym wzajemnym ulozeniem zewnetrznej nakladki i wewnetrznej nakretki, posiadajacych sprzegajace elementy. The novelty and originality of the industrial design lie in the new form of the object, manifested by the shape of the bottle and cap, and the distinctive arrangement of the outer cap and the inner cap, each containing interlocking elements. The industrial design may be reproduced using any technique while retaining the characteristic properties constituting the essence of the container. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 - shows an axial half-view of a bottle having half-ring base elements in the lower part and a neck in the upper part having the outline of an external thread, and also shows a partial axial half-section of the bottle and a half-section of a placed outer cap containing a snap-on, internal element constituting an inner cap and a seal; fig. 2 - shows a half-view - half-section of the outer cap containing an internal element constituting an inner cap; fig. 3 - shows a side view of the seal; Fig. 4 - shows a view with a partial cross-section of an internal element constituting an internal nut, having on its internal cylindrical surface the outline of a convex thread and on its external upper front surface a rim having the outline of a protruding band above the surface, containing symmetrical elements in the form of stylized radial teeth, and at the periphery of the lower external cylindrical surface a protruding band-shaped rim constituting a snap-fit element; Fig. 5 - shows a view of the internal surface of the overlay containing at the periphery symmetrical elements in the form of stylized teeth protruding above the internal surface; Fig. 6 - shows a half-view - half-section of the overlay with an internal annular recess at the lower rim, constituting a snap-fit element of the internal nut. The essential features of a bottle with a safety cap, according to the industrial design, made of plastic, shown in the illustrative material, are that the bottle contains semi-circular elements in the lower part of the base and an axial neck in the upper part with an external thread outline, and it contains a cap having on the outer cylindrical surface, in the lower part, a protruding ring, and above, on the cylindrical surface, knurled, serrated elements placed on the circumference, and on the inner upper frontal surface, at the inner rim with the outline of a strip protruding above the surface, elements in the form of stylized, radially placed teeth, and the inner surface has a cylindrical outline and a protruding rim strip constituting a snap-on element connecting the inner cap and an element with the same external thread outline placed inside. cylindrical in outline and having a snap-on element in the form of a protruding ring on its outer cylindrical surface, constituting an inner cap, containing an external thread outline on its inner cylindrical surface, corresponding to the thread outline on the bottle neck, and on the outer upper frontal surface a rim having the outline of a strip inserted above the surface, containing symmetrical elements in the form of stylized, radial, wide teeth. The cap with an internal element constituting the inner cap, when placed on the bottle neck and screwed on, with the necessary axial pressure applied, allows the cap to rotate freely on the screwed cap in both directions.
