Podstawa kapsuly wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest zbudowana w ksztalcie kola. Nasade kapsuly stanowi otwarty okrag, przy czym u samej nasady okrag jest szerszy, przecho- dzac w sciane boczna ulega zwezeniu. The capsule for preparing a beverage according to the industrial design is used in preparing a beverage, particularly coffee, using liquid and/or steam introduced into the capsule at a specific temperature. The essence of the industrial design is manifested in the new form of the subject of the design resulting from its original shape. Known capsules of this type are most often more or less regular solids, with a rotating shape. The capsule according to the industrial design is fancifully profiled by using a side wall in the shape of a hexagon narrowing towards the bottom, where the base of the side walls is oval, and at the base the side wall is connected to a circle constituting the upper part of the capsule. The base of the capsule according to the industrial design is constructed in the shape of a circle. The base of the capsule is an open circle, with the circle being wider at the base, becoming narrower as it passes into the side wall. The capsule for preparing a drink according to the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the capsule in a perspective view from the side, Fig. 2 shows the capsule in a side view, Fig. 3 shows the capsule in a top view and Fig. 4 shows the housing in a bottom view. The essential features of the industrial design are manifested in the original combination and shaping of all the elements of the capsule using fancifully shaped elements, and especially the side wall in the shape of a hexagon.
