Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pokrowiec na altane ogrodowa, przeznaczony do ochrony altany przed warunkami atmosferycznymi. Wzór zostal zobrazowany na zalaczonych ilustracjach, gdzie: fig. 1 przedstawia wzór w I odmianie (pokrowiec zielony) fig. 1.1. przedstawia wzór w I odmianie z odslonietymi dwoma bokami fig. 2 przedstawia wzór w II odmianie (pokrowiec zólty). W widoku tym wszystkie scianki sa zasloniete fig. 2.1. przedstawia wzór w II odmianie. W widoku tym jedna scianka jest odslonieta. Opis pokrowców: - zabezpiecza calosc altany przed dzialaniem warunków atmosferycznych (oprócz dachu); - nie zmienia (wizerunkowo) ksztaltu altany; - kolory w jakich produkowane sa pokrowce to: ECRU, BEIGE, YELLOW, ORANGE, LIGHT RED, DARK RED, LEMON, APPLE GREEN, BROWN, LIGHT GREEN, DARK GREEN, KHAKI, 33, LIGHT BLUE, WHITE, GRAPHITE, GREY, BLACK; - stosowany produkt pozawala na zabezpieczenie altany z dowolnej strony niezaleznie (elementy laczone na suwak), co przedstawiaja zalaczone ilustracje; - material stosowany do produkcji to tkanina powlekana PREMIUM. Jest ona nieprzemakal- na (wodoodporna), oraz bardzo wytrzymala, co potwierdza certyfikat (specyfikacja tech- niczna) wydany przez Instytut Wlókiennictwa w Lodzi; - pokrowiec sklada sie z liczby elementów prostokatnych zaleznej od ksztaltu altany. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Pokrowce wykonane sa z elementów w ksztalcie prostokata polaczonych na krawedziach su- wakiem, jak pokazano na ilustracji wzoru. The design is shown in the attached illustrations, where: fig. 1 shows the design in version I (green cover); fig. 1.1 shows the design in version I with two sides exposed; fig. 2 shows the design in version II (yellow cover). In this view, all walls are covered. fig. 2.1 shows the design in version II. In this view, one wall is exposed. Description of the covers: - protects the entire gazebo from weather conditions (except the roof); - does not change (visually) the shape of the gazebo; - The colors in which the covers are manufactured are: ECRU, BEIGE, YELLOW, ORANGE, LIGHT RED, DARK RED, LEMON, APPLE GREEN, BROWN, LIGHT GREEN, DARK GREEN, KHAKI, 33, LIGHT BLUE, WHITE, GRAPHITE, GREY, BLACK; - The product used allows you to secure the gazebo independently from any side (elements connected with zippers), as shown in the attached illustrations; - The material used for production is PREMIUM coated fabric. It is waterproof and very durable, as confirmed by a certificate (technical specification) issued by the Textile Institute in Lodz; - The cover consists of a number of rectangular elements depending on the shape of the gazebo. Essential features of the industrial design: The covers are made of rectangular elements connected at the edges with a zipper, as shown in the design illustration.
