Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pudelko przeznaczone szczególnie na paste do obuwia. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac przed- miotu przejawiajaca sie w rysunku i ukladzie linii, konturów i ksztaltu. Efekt przestrzenny uzyskany jest poprzez oryginalne uksztaltowanie i zgrupowanie elementów zewnetrznych tworzacych postac tego pudelka, nadajac tym swoisty i oryginalny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, gdzie Fig. 1 przedstawia górna czesc pudelka w przekroju poprzecznym, a Fig. 2 przedstawia dolna czesc pudelka w przekroju po- przecznym, zas Fig. 3 przedstawia czesc pudelka w postaci zamknietej w przekroju poprzecznym. Cecha charakterystyczna pudelka na paste do obuwia, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, jest jego uksztaltowanie w postaci niskiego walca. Czesc górna pudelka, uwidoczniona na Fig. 1, stanowiaca metalowe wieczko ma plaska powierzchnie w srodkowej czesci oraz ma w centralnej czesci srodkowej przelotowy otwór o punktowym zarysie, a w czesci brzegowej ma wystajacy rant obwodowy, który poprzez uskok zewnetrzny w powierzchni bocznej przechodzi w wywiniecie obrzeza na zewnatrz pu- delka. Czesc dolna pudelka, uwidoczniona na Fig. 2, stanowiaca denko metalowe ma plaska po- wierzchnie w srodkowej czesci, a w czesci brzegowej ma wystajacy rant obwodowy, który przechodzi ukosnie w powierzchnie boczna zakonczona wywinieciem obrzeza do srodka pudelka. Pudelko wyko- nane jest z metalu, ale moze byc wykonywane z innych materialów. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the item, manifested in the drawing and arrangement of lines, contours, and shape. The spatial effect is achieved through the original shaping and grouping of external elements that create the box, thus giving it a distinctive and original appearance. The industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the upper part of the box in cross-section, Fig. 2 shows the lower part of the box in cross-section, and Fig. 3 shows the closed part of the box in cross-section. A characteristic feature of the shoe polish box, according to the industrial design, is its shape as a low cylinder. The upper part of the box, shown in Fig. 1, constituting the metal lid, has a flat surface in its middle section and a through hole with a point-like outline in its central section. The edge section has a protruding circumferential rim, which, through an external step in the side surface, transitions into a rim flare on the outside of the box. The lower part of the box, shown in Fig. 2, constituting the metal bottom, has a flat surface in its middle section and a protruding circumferential rim on its edge, which transitions diagonally into the side surface, ending with a rim flare toward the center of the box. The box is made of metal but can be made of other materials.
