Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, która stanowi opakowanie, w szczególnosci przeznaczone do napojów alkoholowych. Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracjach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia wzór w widoku perspektywicznym nieco z boku, na ilustracji fig. 1a - pokazano wzór w widoku z przodu i z tylu, fig. 1b - pokazuje wzór w widoku z boku, natomiast na ilustracjach fig. 1c oraz fig. 1d - w celu zobrazowania - pokazano przekrój poprzeczny odpowiednio: czesci srodkowej (korpusu) butelki oraz czesci dolnej butelki. Cecha wzoru przemyslowego przedstawionego na ilustracji fig. 1, fig. 1a oraz fig. 1b - butelki - jest to, ze: – szyjka butelki ksztaltem zblizona jest do wydluzonego scietego stozka, a w jej górnej czesci widoczna jest gwintowana czesc butelki. Przy czym, cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego przedstawionego na ilustracji fig. 1, fig. 1a oraz fig. 1b - butelki - jest to, ze: – szyjka poprzez lejkowate rozszerzenie przechodzi w nieco splaszczona niejako pólczasze, zwienczajaca i przechodzaca w zasadniczy korpus butelki, przy czym – zasadnicza, wydluzona czesc korpusu butelki - w przekroju poprzecznym przypomina ksztaltem owal, a; – dolna czesc korpusu, poprzez lagodne uwypuklenie, przechodzi w najnizsza czesc butelki, która z kolei - w przekroju poprzecznym przypomina prostokat o zasadniczo plaskich bokach i zaokraglonych narozach, przy czym przekrój ten stopniowo zwieksza sie w kierunku dna butelki. The industrial design being protected is shown in illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the design in a perspective view slightly from the side; Fig. 1a shows the design in front and back views; Fig. 1b shows the design in a side view; and Fig. 1c and Fig. 1d, for illustrative purposes, show a cross-section of the middle part (body) of the bottle and the bottom part, respectively. A feature of the industrial design shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 1a, and Fig. 1b—the bottle—is that: – the bottle neck resembles an elongated, truncated cone, and the threaded part of the bottle is visible in its upper part. The essential feature of the industrial design shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 1a and Fig. 1b - bottles - is that: - the neck, through a funnel-like extension, transforms into a slightly flattened half-bowl, topping and continuing into the main body of the bottle, wherein - the main, elongated part of the bottle body - in cross-section resembles an oval, and - the lower part of the body, through a gentle convexity, transforms into the lowest part of the bottle, which in turn - in cross-section resembles a rectangle with essentially flat sides and rounded corners, with this cross-section gradually increasing towards the bottom of the bottle.
