Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest element zabezpieczajacy do zlacz hydraulicznych, zwlaszcza do zlacz hydraulicznych wysokocisnieniowych. Istota wzoru jest nowa, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania forma zewnetrzna elementu zabezpieczajacego, która w odniesieniu do znanych wczesniej laczników przejawia sie w jej oryginalnym uksztaltowaniu. Dla polaczenia elementów instalacji wysokocisnieniowych szybko- zlacznych przewodów hydraulicznych zakonczonych gniazdem oraz wtykiem konieczne jest polaczenie ich w sposób trwaly lacznikiem. Taka funkcje spelnia swoim ksztaltem element zabezpieczajacy z odgietymi koncówkami ramion przelkniety przez dwa otwory w gniezdzie oraz przez rowek we wtyku. Ksztalt zaokraglen konca ramion jest cylindryczny, a kat zaokraglenia cylindrycznego jest tak dobrany, aby koncówki ramion elementu zabezpieczajacego nie rysowaly otworów w gniezdzie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku na którym fig. 1 przedstawia wzór w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 w widoku z góry, a fig. 3 przedstawia czesc koncowa ramienia w widoku z prawego boku. Na kolejnym rysunku jest przedstawiona odmiana wzoru przemyslowego, na którym fig. 1a przedstawia wzór w widoku z przodu, fig. 2a w widoku z góry, a fig. 3a w widoku z prawego boku. Cechy istotne elementu zabezpieczajacego bedacego przedmiotem niniejszego wzoru przemyslowego sa nastepujace: 1. The essence of the design is the new, reproducible external form of the protective element, which, compared to previously known connectors, manifests itself in its original shape. To connect high-pressure system components of quick-connect hydraulic hoses terminated with a socket and a plug, it is necessary to permanently connect them with a connector. This function is fulfilled by the shape of the protective element with bent arm ends, swallowed by two holes in the socket and a groove in the plug. The rounded end of the arms is cylindrical, and the cylindrical rounding angle is selected so that the arm ends of the protective element do not scratch the holes in the socket. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the design in a front view, Fig. 2 in a top view, and Fig. 3 shows the end part of the arm in a right-side view. The next drawing shows a variant of the industrial design, in which Fig. 1a shows the design in a front view, Fig. 2a in a top view, and Fig. 3a in a right-side view. The essential features of the security element being the subject of this industrial design are as follows: 1. The security element has arms in the central part of the arms clearly close to each other, and in the end part the arms are clearly bent away from each other as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 1a. 3. The security element has the ends of the arms in the shape of a cylindrical rounding as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 1a, Fig. 2a and Fig. 3a. 5.
