Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest stoisko gastronomiczne, przeznaczone do sprzedazy produktów spozywczych w ramach tzw. malej gastronomi, lokowane miedzy innymi w galeriach handlowych, poczekalniach dworcowych i w miejscach imprez masowych. Typowe stoiska gastronomiczne maja postac kiosku z oknem do wydawania produktów spozywczych, czasem wyposazonego takze w blaty lub stoliki dla klientów. Nowa i oryginalna postac stoiska wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie i kolorystce. Stoisko wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawione jest w dwóch odmianach oznaczonych na ilustracjach kolejno jako fig. 1 i fig. 2. Figury te przedstawiaja widoki perspektywiczne stoiska wedlug wzoru przemyslowego od frontu. Kiosk stoiska ma ksztalt przypominajacy papierowa torbe z uszami, w która pakowane sa w sklepach zakupy. Okno do wydawania produktów spozywczych ma ksztalt prostokata i znajduje sie na jednym z szerszych boków torby. W oknie tym znajduje sie lada sprzedazowa i witryna do prezentowania oferowanych w stoisku produktów spozywczych. Na scianie okiennej znajduja sie cztery duze napisy w kolorze kontrastujacym z kolorem kiosku. Pierwsza odmiane wzoru przemyslowego stanowi opisany wyzej wolnostojacy kiosk. W drugiej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego wspomniany kiosk znajduje sie pod zadaszeniem, pod którym znajduja sie takze stoliki i stolki barowe dla klientów. Obszar stolika w tej odmianie zamkniety jest przezroczysta(szklana) sciana z przezroczystymi drzwiami wejsciowymi. Istotnymi cechami wzoru przemyslowego dla obu jego odmian wzoru sa ksztalt i kolorystyka kiosku. Typical food stands take the form of a kiosk with a window for dispensing food products, sometimes also equipped with countertops or tables for customers. The new and original form of the stand based on the industrial design is evident in its shape and color scheme. The stand based on the industrial design is presented in two versions, designated in the illustrations as Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, respectively. These figures represent perspective views of the stand based on the industrial design from the front. The stand's kiosk is shaped like a paper bag with handles, used to package groceries in stores. The window for dispensing food products is rectangular and located on one of the bag's wider sides. This window houses a sales counter and a display case for the food products offered at the stand. The window wall features four large signs in a contrasting color to the kiosk. The first variant of the industrial design is the freestanding kiosk described above. In the second variant, the kiosk is located under a canopy, which also houses tables and bar stools for customers. In this variant, the table area is enclosed by a transparent (glass) wall with a transparent entrance door. The shape and color of the kiosk are essential features of the industrial design for both variants.
