Opis wynalazku Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób i uk lad sterowania elektromagnesem, zw laszcza zaworu elektrohydraulicznego, znajduj acy zastosowanie w podziemnych urz adzeniach elektrohydraulicznych. Do zasilania podziemnych, górniczych urz adze n elektrohydraulicznych, w szczególno sci obu- dów zmechanizowanych, ze wzgl edu na zabezpieczenie przeciwwybuchowe stosowane s a obwody pr adu sta lego o niskim napi eciu, bezpiecznym wzgl edem metanu, zwane potocznie obwodami samo- bezpiecznymi. W fazie trzymania poziom pr adu trzymania i si la trzymania, wygenerowana przy pomocy elektromagnesu, musz a by c odpowiednio wywa zone, aby w sposób pewny utrzyma c stan w laczenia przy wymienionych wierzcho lkach napi ec, wzgl ednie skokach ci snie- nia roboczego. Z drugiej strony przy tylko jednym samobezpiecznym obwodzie pr adu sta lego musi istnie c opcja zastosowania mo zliwie wielu zaworów elektrohydraulicznych do wlaczania i sterowania obudów zmechanizowanych, co pozwala ograniczy c materia loch lonno sc i koszty uk ladów zasilania. Zagadnienie to rozwi azane jest mi edzy innymi wynalazkiem zgodnym z opisem patentowym DE 32 29 835, stanowi acym punkt odniesienia do niniejszego wynalazku. Zasadnicz a zalet a sposobu i uk ladu wed lug wynalazku jest optymalizacja zu zycia energii elek- trycznej doprowadzanej do uk ladów sterowania. Dodatkowo dzi eki wykonaniu obudowy z materia lu ferroma- gnetycznego, wskutek wy zszej zawarto sci zelaza, przy sta lym pr adzie cewki, osi agnac mo zna wzrost sily magnetycznej. PLDescription of the invention The subject of the invention is a method and system for controlling an electro-hydraulic valve, in particular for an electro-hydraulic valve, used in underground electro-hydraulic devices. For the supply of underground mining electrohydraulic devices, in particular mechanized casings, due to the explosion protection, low voltage DC circuits, safe with respect to methane, are used, commonly known as self-safe circuits. For example, from the German patent specification DE 32 29 835 C2, a control solution is known, in which by means of a control device assigned to the electromagnets the holding current is lowered to the lowest value in relation to the excitation current. . In underground mining, in the field of electromagnets with appropriate control devices, there are also electromagnets with a reduced holding current. When lowering the holding current to the lowest level, the magnetic remanence force generated when the electromagnet is engaged is used to hold the anchor and with it the closing element of the hydraulic valve in one of the two engagement positions . The solenoid anchor and the closure member of the hydraulic valve as a rule return to their home position when the solenoid is disconnected as a result of the spring return force. When using electromagnets in underground mines as actuators for hydraulic valves, certain requirements must be taken into account in their supply circuits. The excitation current in the start-up phase must be set at a sufficiently high level to ensure that the hydraulic valve engages on its own in case of voltage increases or with increased working pressure in the hydraulic section. During the holding phase, the holding current level and the holding force generated by the electromagnet must be properly balanced in order to reliably maintain the switching state at the voltage peaks mentioned, or with jumps of the working pressure. On the other hand, with only one intrinsically safe DC circuit, there must be an option to use as many electro-hydraulic valves as possible for the activation and control of the powered housings, which reduces the sow material and the costs of the power supply systems. This problem is solved, inter alia, by the invention in accordance with DE 32 29 835, which is a reference to the present invention. There are also known from, for example, from the German patents DE 37 17 403 and DE 38 23 681 Al valves, in which between the anchor and the solenoid and the closing element of the hydraulic valve there is a transfer element, for example a lever that allows the possible fine adjustment of the connecting position and the reduction of the connecting force caused by the electromagnet. In another system for electrohydraulic valves known, for example from the patent description EP 00 06 843 A1, the reduction of the holding current takes place after a predetermined time after the electromagnet is actuated. There is also known, for example from British patent specification GB 218 13 10, a method for controlling an electrically operated solenoid valve, in which the anchor of the solenoid valve is moved into two positions for controlling a hydraulic medium. There are two coils to change the anchor position. The holding voltage, which is about 50% of the control voltage, keeps the anchors in the first position. In order to move the anchor into the second position, a short-term voltage pulse is applied when disconnecting the second coil. Additionally, the movement of the anchor is supervised by the coil control system. The control method according to this invention does not indicate the actual start of the displacement of the anchor, but merely indicates a possible possibility to achieve this effect. Therefore, according to this method, it can only be stated that the anchor moves at a specific moment, which is purely measuring and computational, and not executive, and this is not sufficient for safe control of power supply systems in conditions of mining hazards. . All the methods and systems of operation of electro-hydraulic valve electromagnets known and used so far have the disadvantage that they operate on the basis of a constant current drop dependent on the supply voltage. Taking into account the operating voltage reserves existing in the circuits installed in underground workings, this leads to the fact that in the holding phase a current flows higher than necessary and to switch the attraction phase to The holding phases use more energy than is actually necessary. The marginal current consumption for one electromagnet multiplies in the case of controlling the complex of more than two hundred sections of the support operating in the underground excavation. The hitherto used technique of reducing the holding current gives little possibility of limiting this phenomenon. Hence, it is necessary to enable the proper functioning of hydraulic valves without increasing energy consumption, both by individual valves and by the entire supply and control system. The aim of the invention is to develop such a method and system for controlling an electro-magnet, especially an electro-hydraulic valve, which will enable the energy consumption of individual electromagnets to be reduced to an optimal size. The essence of the method according to the invention consists in the fact that after actuating the electromagnet on the basis of continuous measurement, the current value in the coil winding is measured for recognition and verification of the final position of the anchor movement, after reaching which the current ad, being the control value, will decrease to the lowest value of the holding current. The first, decreasing jump in the value of the current curve at the moment of its occurrence is the recognition of the beginning of the anchor movement, and the following, second, increasing jump in the value of the curve means that the anchors have reached their end position. Only the following steady increase in the value of the current causes the current to be lowered to the lowest value of the holding current by the dedicated control device. It is best if the control device is implemented as a proportional controller regulating the incoming current to a set value. It is particularly advantageous here if the current with the set point value is parameterized by the microprocessor software, which acts as a proportional-integral controller. A further improvement of the method according to the invention is achieved when, in the holding phase, the current applied by means of the pulsed control, in particular by modulation of the pulse length, is kept at a level equal to the lowest level of the holding current. The pulse modulation in the holding phase, compared to the conventional control voltage control located on the coil winding, allows to minimize power losses. In addition, it is advantageous due to the current detection of disturbances in the control and electromagnets wear, because the control device uses a microprocessor, which detects increases in the course of the curve of the measured real current value, and then compares they are combined with reference values to identify disturbances in the operating parameters and / or wear of the electromagnets. The essence of the control system according to the invention consists in the fact that the microprocessor of the electromagnetic control device is connected to the measuring resistor, it is the release for measuring the real current, in the actuator's electromagnet coil circuit connected in turn. The microprocessor together with the measuring resistor is a measuring device in which the digital-to-analog converter of the microprocessor, on the basis of the measured voltage drop across the resistor, determines the current. On the basis of the actual current measurements, the microprocessor recognizes the movement of the solenoid anchor as a control value and adjusts the supplied current to the set value of the lowest holding current level. It is preferable that the electronic control device consists of a functionally interconnected microprocessor and a pulse modulation unit for setting and keeping the supplied current at the lowest level of the holding current. A microprocessor, for example of the JPC or DSP type, can be integrated in the device housing as a permanent component of the actuator electromagnet. At the same time, this microprocessor, with the use of appropriate control software, can perform the function of a proportional-integral controller, which from the indication of the anchor movement can be switched to the point of detection of a mechanical, electronic or magnetic defect in the electromagnet. A further reduction of the unit current consumption by the electromagnet is achieved when the electronic control device is connected in parallel with two separate measuring resistors in circuits of the corresponding coils of two electromagnets of the actuator, located next to each other in a common housing made of ferromagnetic material. The main advantage of the method and system according to the invention is the optimization of the consumption of electric energy supplied to the control systems. This is made possible, on the one hand, by stating that the force of the electromagnetic actuator is proportional to the current flow, and on the other hand, based on the statement that the movement of the actuator triggers an overduction in the electromagnet winding, which condenses into the current. real load in the coil winding. Thus, direct recognition of the anchor movement in relatively short time intervals initiating its movement gives the opportunity to optimize the regulation of energy consumption. In general, after the electromagnet is actuated, two changes of magnitude on the real current curve are continuously measured on the coil winding. The first variation in the form of a jump occurs at the beginning of the anchor movement, and the second at the end of the movement. Since at the beginning and end of the anchor movement there is a change in the real current, which is expressed by the curve jump in the diagram, it is possible, on the basis of constant monitoring of the real current on the coil winding, to find the optimal moment for lowering the value of the supplied current adherence to the value of the holding current. An additional advantage of both the method and the system according to the invention is that the constant measurement of the real current value in the coil winding allows not only the optimization of the holding current, but also contributes to the detection of disturbances in operation and the condition of wear and tear of electrohydraulic connecting devices. For example, the current intensity at the beginning of the anchor movement is a criterion for normal running operation. Too high current needed to initiate the movement of the anchor indicates the onset of corrosion, failure, or too high switching pressure. Also, the time dividing two changes in the course of the current characteristic can be used as a criterion for diagnosing errors that may arise as short short circuits in the magnetic coil with too high real current, interrupting signals in the circuit in the absence of current or too low voltage in the working circuit, the error is also a problem with grounding at a low level of the required holding current, despite a fully functional microprocessor. Similarly, for the system, according to the invention, it is important to continuously measure the real current in the coil winding and to detect the anchor movement, so that by means of a measuring resistor and a microprocessor it is possible to determine the optimal time for the reduction of the holding current. In addition, due to the fact that the housing is made of ferromagnetic material, due to the higher iron content, with a constant coil current, an increase in the magnetic force can be achieved. The invention is explained in more detail in an example of an embodiment in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a schematic diagram of an electrohydraulic control valve with two single solenoids and two multi-way valves and an associated control system, and Fig. 2 shows a diagram of a current curve in an electromagnet with a reduction of the holding current according to the control made according to the invention. The electrohydraulic control valve 1 (fig. 1) is modular and has a housing 2 of an actuator 3 made of ferromagnetic material with two electromagnets 4, 5, each of which has an undrawn anchor that moves e from the starting position to the connecting position - back and forth - under the influence of the current flowing through the associated, unwritten coil winding. A valve block 6 is flange-mounted to the housing 2 of the actuator 3, which includes two multi-way hydraulic valves 7, 8, which can be actuated independently of each other by means of electromagnets 4, 5. In the situation shown in the figure (Fig. 1), the hydraulic valve 7 is in the switching position, in which the connection of the receiver A 1 is connected to the high-temperature pipe P, while the hydraulic valve 8 is in its initial position , in which the connection of the receiver A 2 is connected with the drainage conduit T. The electrohydraulic valve 1 also has a housing 9 of the control device 10 fixed to the housing 2 of the actuator 3, one of which is the activation of the reduction of the holding current in the holding phase of the electromagnets 4, 5, which will be discussed in more detail in the following description. The electromagnets 4, 5 are connected via a control device 10 with a superordinate wall control and powered by wires 11, 12, fault from the BUS, direct current from the DC circuit. The control device 10 is equipped with a microprocessor 13, which is a regulator to reduce the holding current, and a modulating unit 14 of the pulsation length, which is designed to reduce the applied current to the lowest level of holding current. while eliminating energy waste and overheating. After the power supply to the winding of the electromagnets 4, 5 is interrupted, their anchors and closing elements of the hydraulic valves 7, 8 are returned to their initial position by means of return springs 15, 16. The method according to the invention will be explained on the basis of the curve of the current versus time (Fig. 2). The diagram shows three curves a, b, c, where the curve a shows the flow of real current regulated according to the invention and measured on the coil winding of one of the electromagnets 4, 5 after being controlled and flowed by the electromagnet 4, 5, curve b shows the measured course of the current in the coil when the anchor movement is off, and curve c shows the measured course of the current at the electromagnet 4, 5 with the anchor turned on but without reduction of the holding current. The increase in current in the coil winding of one electromagnet 4, 5 with inductance L and resistance R, with the application of a constant voltage U, can be illustrated by the equation: PL 203 510 B1 5 ()? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? - = L txR ex RU t I 1 At the electromagnet 4, 5 with the coil winding and the anchors a, due to the movement of the anchor during its attraction phase, there is a counter-induction in the coil winding, which on the curve is visible by a short current drop I taken by the coil e between the moment T 1 occurring at the beginning of the anchor movement and the moment T 2, in which the movement of the anchor ends and the anchor itself reaches its position in joining. The torque T 0 corresponds to the actuation or connection of, for example, the electromagnet 4, the electronic control device 10 allowing a relatively high flow of current here so that the solenoid anchor 4 is able to withstand the force of the return springs 15, 16, the hydraulic valve. 7, 8 and the closing force of the closing element of the hydraulic valve 7, 8. Between the times T 0 and T 1 in the winding of the electromagnet coil 4, 5 flows, for example not regulated by an electronic control device 10 , the excitation current with the use of the available operating voltage in the DC circuit. At the moment T 1, the anchor of the electromagnet 4, 5 starts. This movement generates a counter-induction in the winding of the electromagnet coil 4, 5, which, according to the invention, is measured with a measuring resistor R 1 for the electromagnet 4 or with a measuring resistor R 2 for the electromagnet 5. and registered. In the moving phase of the anchor, the current with the highest excitation level may still be applied to the electromagnet 4, 5, or the supplied current at the time T 1 may be adjusted. The actual current consumption by the coil winding occurred on the associated measuring resistor R 1 or R 2 of the electromagnet 4, 5 quickly falls and on the curve and in the time interval T 1 and T 2 shows a decreasing course. Until T 2 the course of the real current increase changes and increases again. This moment T 2 of the second change in the course of the measured real current is the optimal moment for initiating the reduction of the holding current, because at this time, also with the closing element of the hydraulic valve 7, 8, it reaches the switching position and the phase three begins - mania of the electromagnet 4, 5. The microprocessor 13 performs the function of the controller, which, for example, according to the software, is a proportional-integral controller, and which is based on the measurement made by means of measuring resistors R 1 or R 2 the real current reduces the current applied to the winding of the electromagnet 4, 5 to the lowest level of holding current. The value of the holding current, which guarantees the achievement of the opening position of the closing element of the hydraulic valve 7, 8, so that in case of pressure fluctuations in the receiver A 1, A 2 it can be parameterized as the set value for the microprocessor 13. Then the microprocessor 13 controls the incoming current so that the changed value of the actual current sc is adjusted to the set value. Since the measured real current, lower voltages or fluctuations in the supply voltage do not cause unintentional switching on of the electromagnet 4, 5 as a control parameter, and the holding current level required for this operation is maintained. The output signal 1 of the microprocessor 13 as a proportional-integral controller is supplied to the pulse length modulation unit 14, which keeps the tripping current at the lowest level by pulse control. In practice, the reduction of the holding current does not take place at the moment T 2, but after the return time at the moment T 3, in which the control device 10 has the task of detecting and verifying the leveling fluctuation in the voltage of the current consumed by the winding of the coil of the activated electromagnet 4, 5. The time span between the moment T 2, when there is a real change in the sign on the curve of the measured real current, and the moment T 3, when the holding current is reduced, is the safety period, which can advantageously be adjusted by means of a software for the microprocessor 13. The method according to the invention and the new method of reducing the holding current make it possible to obtain a switching current at the level of 160 mA, the moment T 3 following approx. 100 ms after actuation of the associated solenoid 4, 5. The holding current fluctuates around 35 mA. The constant measurement of the real current in the winding of the electromagnet coil 4, 5 can also be used to identify electrical, electronic or magnetic disturbances in the operation of the electrohydraulic valve 1. When the anti-induction is turned on, a warning signal can be emitted that The bad solenoid has not been turned on. If s too s exceeds proportionally the time period between the moments T 1 and T 2, the valve may be worn. So that the moment T 1 and the current voltage measurement therein can be analyzed for possible wear. If the solenoids 4, 5 are connected to the BUS, the engagement status of the anchor can be verified retrospectively by monitoring the return of the anchor to its home position after disconnecting the solenoid 4, 5.
