PLDescription of the invention The subject of the invention are joints intended for tight joining pipes, especially multi-layer pipes, with structural structures having a stub or threaded socket and a device that facilitates assembly with a connector on the pipe. From the German patent description DE 2240918 A1 of 07/03/1974 and complementary patents DE 2240918 B2 of June 20, 1974 and DE 2240918 C3 of November 27, 1975, devices for connecting pipes with a threaded socket are known. when connecting, using various elements in the form of conical intersected along or along the error of non-cutting rings for clamping and sealing the pipe in the body of the joint, achieved by pressing these elements between the body of the joint and the pipes forced by screwing the nuts Labels made of a joint put on a pipe. From the European patent description No. 0152 723 and the description of a similar solution, obtained by the American patent No. US 3030129 of April 17, 1962, it is also known that devices used to connect a multi-layer pipe with a threaded stub at the connection, by means of a nut put on the pipe and made of a clamping plate mounted on the end of the pipe, which has the shape of the letter "U" under the loose cross-section, the arm of which is They are mounted "astride" at the end of the pipe, and on each of its surfaces facing the pipe, it has a toothed, while in the connecting surface of its outlet part facing from the inside to the threaded stub and facing from the inside to the end pipes of the inner surface of the clamping plate, there are depressions with O-rings connected to them, and the joint nut tightens the clamping plate on the wheel when tightened the end of the pipe. A characteristic feature of the described device is that the joint nut consists of the first part and the second part, which is screwed into the first part so that the first part on the external thread diameter The connecting cca has suitably matched fastening elements, the internal diameter of which is smaller than the external diameter of the clamping plate, so that the other part engages in its tightened state, in the position of its mounting on the outer outer arm of the clamping plate and that sealing points are provided, each between the clamping plate and threaded connection stubs or pipes, each of which consists of two sealing systems . The described, known devices are intermediate elements when connecting a multilayer pipe with a threaded stub pipe and consist of a large number of mutually fitting components, the production of which requires considerable material and energy expenditure. In order to manufacture the elements and install the described device, a series of tasks requiring high accuracy and time-consuming must be performed. The essence of the joint for the tight connection of a pipe with a stub pipe or a threaded socket, which is the subject of the invention, is that it consists of a nut or a screw element screwed onto the stub pipe or screwed into the threaded seat of the structural system with which the pipe is connected and a shaped sleeve, which is pressed into the spigot end of the pipe, creates a circumferential bead on the pipe, on which a nut or screw element is anchored on one side, and on the other hand the edge rests from the hole in the socket or socket thread, creating a tight and tear-resistant connection of the pipe with this stub or threaded socket. On the outer outer surface, the shape sleeve has a circumferential abutment which prevents the shape sleeve from sliding out of the pipe. The form sleeve also preferably has one flange, the front of which supports a flexible sealing ring which fills the space between this flange, the face of the pipe and the surface and the hole in the stub or threaded socket. the structural system with which the pipe is connected. The shape sleeve is made of metal or some other material. The essence of the assembly device that facilitates mounting on a pipe, especially a multi-layer pipe with a joint for tight connection of a pipe with a stub or threaded socket, is that it has a taper-cylindrical, rotating internal socket with a flat internal face the diameter of which is loosely matched to the outer outer diameter of the flange in a form sleeve which forms part of the joint for joining pipes according to the present invention. The connector according to the invention is a nut or a screw element in which the diameter of the hole (s) is greater than the external diameter of the pipe, as well as a shaped sleeve with elastic sealing rings mounted on it, which on one At its end, it has a suitably formed outer surface, so that due to, in particular, impact pressing of this sleeve into the spigot end of the pipe, this end is calibrated and expanded. This similar in shape to the surface of a rifle ball, calibrating and expanding, part of the outer outer surface of the shape sleeve has a mildly changing outer diameter, which increases from a diameter preferably smaller up to a diameter correspondingly greater than the inner diameter of the tube. The increase in the diameter of the calibrating and shaping surfaces ends, reaching a local maximum, and then further in the direction parallel to the axis of the shape sleeve, its outer outer diameter rapidly decreases, forming on the outline of the sleeve circumferential, from which the circumferential recess begins, in which the rebates are made, preferably for two sealing rings. The first sealing ring is seated in the circumference directly behind the circumferential shoulder. The external external diameter of the circumferential tooth must be selected so that the dimension obtained by adding two pipe wall thicknesses to it is greater than the diameter of the hole in the stub or threaded socket, and the external external diameter of the bottom of the circumferential cut must be c such that by adding two pipe wall thicknesses thereto, obtaining a dimension smaller than the diameter of the hole in the stub or threaded socket. The circumferential recess is finished with a flange, which is the end of the shaped sleeve. The external diameter of this flange is correspondingly smaller than the diameter of the hole in the stub or threaded socket. A second sealing ring rests against the inner face of the flange ending the shaped sleeve, which also adheres to the end face of the pipe, and after connecting the pipe with a socket or socket the threaded ring n is pressed so that the surface of the bore, including the stub or threaded socket. The insertion of the form sleeve in the spigot end of a pipe, especially a multi-layer pipe, is preferably carried out with the use of the assembly device according to the invention. With the assembly device, the appropriate pressure is exerted on the shaped sleeve, preferably by impact, as a result of which the spigot end of the pipe is first calibrated, then pressing on the shaped sleeve, and the device causes the relief of the circle. nca the pipe and continue to load the pipe on the form sleeve. The seating of the sleeve at the end of the pipe is completed when the end of the pipe is pressed against the second sealing ring, supported on the inner flange of the form sleeve. The load on the spigot end of the pipe on the profiled sleeve causes a circumferential bead to form on the pipe at an appropriate distance from the face of the pipe, which on one side is anchored with a nut or screw element and on the other side rests the front of the hole in the stub or threaded socket associated with the pipes a. The assembly device for embedding a profile sleeve in a pipe, according to the invention, has a rotating internal seat, preferably limited by cylindrical and conical surfaces, which are - surface monotone, correspondingly reducing their diameters from the largest at the front of the tool to the smallest under the head of the hole in the tool, which is used to calibrate and crimp the end of the pipe on a profiled sleeve. The joint constituting the subject of the invention allows for direct connection of a pipe, especially a multi-layer pipe, with a stub or threaded socket, which is an element of the structural system, and ensures reliable tightness with even distribution of mechanical stresses accumulated in combining and with rationally little effort and low consumption of materials and energy necessary for its production. The said joint ensures a tight connection of the pipe with a stub or threaded socket thanks to the use of: 1) especially impact pressing the shaped sleeve into the pipe, 2) jamming in the circumferential pipe (s) with the tooth (s), protruding which (s) on the outer surface of the shape sleeve, 3) self-sealing of the connection of the shape sleeve and the pipe with an elastic sealing ring, placed in the circumferential recess, directly behind the circumferential tooth, which ends the calibrating and expanding surface, 4) self-sealing of the connection of the pipe with the sleeve, the shape and the surface of the hole in the stub or threaded socket by pressing the second elastic sealing ring , filling the space between the face of the pipe, the face of the flange of the shaped sleeve and the inner surface of the hole in the socket or threaded socket, 5) pressing the end of the pipe into the hole in the socket ccu or threaded socket and to The pressure of the face of the hole in the stub or threaded socket and the significant length of the surface of this hole to the outer outer surface of the rotating bead formed on the pipe. The co-operation of the nut or screw element, the hooked edge and the inner outer surface of the hole, and the bead formed on the pipe at a certain, favorable distance from its end, as a result of pressing the form sleeve into the spigot end of the pipe, ensures resistance of the joint to loads breaking the pipe end out of the hole in the stub or threaded socket. This solution ensures the tightness of the connection so that if, as a result of creeping of the material, the pipe end protrudes from the hole in the stub or threaded socket. PL 203 405 B1 4 U The life of the assembly device, which is the subject of the invention, facilitates and accelerates the assembly of the joint on pipes, especially multilayer pipes, and allows to maintain repeatability and high quality of the assembly operations. The subject of the invention in an exemplary embodiment is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 show cross-sections of two variants of a joint for tight connection of a pipe with a stub or threaded socket, while Fig. 3 shows a mounting device specially designed for assembly of the subject joint on a pipe, especially a multilayer pipe, and the operation of this assembly device. The joint for tight connection of the pipe with a stub or threaded socket is made of a shaped sleeve 1, which on its outer surface has a calibrating and expanding surface 2, abruptly ending with a circumferential tooth 3, followed by a circumferential recess 4, in which a sealing ring 5 is seated. Behind the circumferential recess 4, there is a conical surface 6, the edge of another circumferential tooth 7 ends, followed by a circumferential recess 8, constituting an abutment for a sealing ring 9, adjacent to the end face 10, the pipe 14, and the end face of the flange 11, the form sleeve 1, which flange slides into the opening 12 in threaded stub pipe or socket 13. Moreover, the pipe 14, in which the form sleeve 1 is pressed in, has a bead 15 on its circumference, preferably spaced from the face 10, of the pipe 14. A nut or screw element 17, it has an inner edge from hole 16 for cat on the pipe 14. In order to connect the pipe 14 with a stub or threaded socket 13, a nut or screw element 17 is slipped over its spigot end and then the sleeve is shaped 1, preferably with the use of a mounting device 18, is pressed into the pipe 14 so deeply until the head 10 of the pipe 14 rests against the sealing ring 9, which on the other side rests against the inner the outer face of the flange 11. When pressing the form sleeve 1 into the pipe e 14, the initially unfolded end of the pipe 14 hits the surface e 19, the mounting device 18, and with the further movement of the device the mounting pressure of the surface 19 causes the end of the pipe 14 to crimp, on the form sleeve 1, on the adequately pressed inner face 20, the assembly tool 18. Then the nut or screw element 17, moves towards the resulting circumferential bead 15, at the end of the pipe 14, until the nut or b the screw element 17, will be anchored in the inner edge of the hole 16, at the bead 15, on the pipe 14, then the nut or screw element 17 is associated with the thread of the stub or threaded socket 13 , with the use of an adequate torque, ensuring that the end of the tube 14 is pressed on the shaped sleeve 1 into the opening 12, in the stub or threaded socket 13, in order to obtain a tight connection of the pipe 14 with the ccem or threaded socket 13, being an element of the structural system.
