Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest profil montazowy przeznaczony zwlaszcza w budownictwie do wykonania konstrukcji elewacyjnych lub dachowych. Profil montazowy wedlug wzoru sklada sie z prostokatnej rury i dwóch wzdluznych wystepów nadajacym przedmiotowi oryginalny ksztalt i jest przeznaczony do odtwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jako profil montazowy jest przedstawiony na rysunku Fig. 1 w perspektywie i przekroju poprzecznym i stanowi go rura prostokatna z dwoma wystepami wzdluznymi plaskimi, gdzie jeden wystep stanowi przedluzenie poziomego, krótszego boku rury prostokatnej i posiada u góry kanalek prostokatny z podcieciem a drugi wystep stanowi przedluzenie dluzszego boku rury prostokatnej co w przekroju poprzecznym przejawia sie w ksztalcie litery „P". Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Profil montazowy o ksztalcie rury prostokatnej ma dwa wzdluzne wystepy przy czym jeden stanowi przedluzenie krótszego boku prostokatnej rury i posiada u góry kanalek prostokatny z podcieciem a drugi wystep stanowi przedluzenie dluzszego boku rury prostokatnej. The mounting profile, according to the design, consists of a rectangular tube and two longitudinal projections that give the item its original shape and are intended for reproduction in industrial production. The subject of the industrial design as a mounting profile is shown in Figure 1 in perspective and cross-section. It consists of a rectangular tube with two flat longitudinal projections, where one projection is an extension of the horizontal, shorter side of the rectangular tube and has a rectangular channel with an undercut at the top, while the other projection is an extension of the longer side of the rectangular tube, which in cross-section appears as the shape of the letter "P." Essential features of the industrial design: The mounting profile in the shape of a rectangular tube has two longitudinal projections, one of which is an extension of the shorter side of the rectangular tube and has a rectangular channel with an undercut at the top, and the other projection is an extension of the longer side of the rectangular tube.
