Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wieszak szczoteczek do zebów, przeznaczony do montowania w lazience, umozliwiajacy przechowywanie artykulów higieny codziennej, glównie szczo- teczek do zebów w uporzadkowanej i wygodnej do uzytkowania formie. Wieszak jest przeznaczony do mocowania samodzielnie lub jako element zestawu. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez ksztalt, cechy linii, kontury, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielo- krotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - prezentuje wieszak szczoteczek do zebów bez wkladki w widoku ogólnym od frontu odmiana 1 i odmiana 2, fig. 2 - pokazuje wieszak odmiana 1 i odmiana 2 bez pokrywki w przekroju A-A, fig. 3 - wieszak z pokrywka w przekroju A-A odmiana 1 i odmiana 2, fig. 4 - ilustruje wieszak z wkladka odmiana 1, fig. 5 - wieszak z wkladka odmiana 2, fig. 6 - uwidacznia wkladke odmiana 1, natomiast fig. 7 - wkladke odmiana 2. The hanger is designed to be mounted independently or as part of a set. The essence of the design is a new and individual form of the product, given to it by the shape, features of the lines, contours, colors, material and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 - presents a toothbrush hanger without an insert in a general view from the front, variant 1 and variant 2, fig. 2 - shows a hanger, variant 1 and variant 2, without a lid in cross-section A-A, fig. 3 - a hanger with a lid in cross-section A-A, variant 1 and variant 2, fig. 4 - illustrates a hanger with an insert, variant 1, fig. 5 - a hanger with an insert, variant 2, fig. 6 - shows the insert, variant 1, while fig. 7 - the insert, variant 2. The toothbrush hanger, according to the industrial design, is made of plastics. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design variant 1, presented in the attached drawing, fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4 and fig. 6 - include that the toothbrush hanger is shaped as a ring bent inwards at the bottom. The hanger ring on the back side is elongated, creating a fastening wall. The part bent downwards creates a rim around the open part of the hanger. An insert is placed inside the rim. The insert is mounted "by pressing". The insert has a hole in the middle, from which radial slots spread. The width of the slots corresponds to the dimensions of the toothbrush holder, allowing for stable attachment of the toothbrush in the holder after use. The insert placed inside the hanger is made of flexible and unbreakable material. The hanger is closed from the top with a transparent cover. The features of the industrial design variant 2, shown in drawings fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 5 and fig. 7 - include that the toothbrush hanger is shaped in the form of a ring bent inwards at the bottom.
