Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest dlugopis skladajacy sie z widocznych zewnetrznych elementów, którymi sa: korpus i nasadka z klipsem wykonane z metalu lub tworzywa, oraz widoczna w eksploatacji wystajaca z otworu z jednej strony korpusu koncówka piszaca umieszczonego w nim wkladu wypelnionego medium piszacym. Wzór przemyslowy stanowi nowa, i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac dlugopisu przejawiajaca w ornamentowaniu widocznym na czesci powierzchni sciany nasadki. Ornament stanowia waskie zebra równolegle do siebie usytuowane, rozmieszczone w równych odstepach, prostopadle do wzdluznej osi symetrii dlugopisu, kazde w ksztalcie zblizonym do litery C, tak, ze czesc powierzchni sciany nasadki usytuowana pod podluznym klipsem jest gladka, wyznaczona przez ta czesc sciany nasadki, na której brakuje jakichkolwiek nierównosci. The industrial design is a new form of a ballpoint pen with an individual character, manifested in the ornamentation visible on part of the surface of the cap wall. The ornament consists of narrow ribs located parallel to each other, spaced at equal intervals, perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the pen, each in a shape similar to the letter C, so that the part of the surface of the cap wall located under the longitudinal clip is smooth, defined by that part of the cap wall on which there are no irregularities. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawings, in which: Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a ballpoint pen according to the pattern with an ornament situated on the side of the cap opposite to the location of the clip; Fig. 2 is a front view of the ballpoint pen, with the elongated shape of the handle shown, and part of the surface of the cap devoid of ribs and the ends of the ribs situated parallel to each other and situated evenly on the remaining part of the wall of the cap; Fig. 3 is a rear view of the ballpoint pen, with the ribs of the cap ornament situated parallel to each other shown; Fig. 4 is a view from the left side of the ballpoint pen, with the ornament of the cap visible on the side wall formed from ribs on part of the surface of its wall. The view of the right side of the ballpoint pen is a mirror image of its left side; Fig. 5 shows a view of the pen from above with a clearly marked location of the ornament made of ribs on a part of the surface of the cap wall, externally located beyond the pen grip; Fig. 6 shows a view of the pen from below, with a clearly marked shape of the ribs encircling a part of the surface of the cap wall externally to the projection of the longitudinal edges of the grip; Fig. 7 shows a pen according to the pattern in a perspective view with the end of the writing insert protruding from the body, with the cap placed on the lower part of the body, and with a groove ornament visible on the opposite part of the body, defined by grooves in the shape of circles placed parallel to each other on the body wall at very close distances to each other, perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the pen.
