Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest krzyz przeznaczony glównie do dekoracji nagrobków cmentarnych jako krzyz lezacy. Krzyz w odmianie I sklada sie z dwóch warstw stali nierdzewnej kwasoodpornej a poszczególne elementy sa laczone metoda spawania lub klejenia. Powierzchnia warstwy podstawowej jest satynowana i ma wyglad matowy a powierzchnia warstwy wierzchniej jest polerowana i ma wyglad blyszczacy. Warstwa wierzchnia sklada sie z czterech katowników odsunietych od siebie w ten sposób, ze tworza przeswity do warstwy podstawowej. Przeswity te w odmianie I przebiegaja wzdluz osi podluznych ramion krzyza i sa utworzone przez cztery odsuniete od siebie katowniki. Odmiana II jest przedstawiona na fig. 3 i fig. 4. Krzyz w tej odmianie posiada wszystkie cechy odmiany I tylko ma dodatkowy przeswit utworzony w czesci centralnej krzyza poprzez obciete pod katem 45° i sfazowane naroza katowników. Satynowana powierzchnia tego przeswitu tworzy wzór w postaci szachownicy. Odmiana III jest przedstawiona na fig. 5 i fig. 6. Krzyz w tej odmianie posiada wszystkie cechy odmiany II tylko w przeswicie utworzonym w czesci centralnej ma wstawiony krysztal. Cechy istotne wzoru: 1. Krzyz sklada sie z dwóch warstw. 2. Warstwe wierzchnia tworza katowniki. 3. Katowniki warstwy wierzchniej sa tak zestawione, ze tworza przeswity do warstwy podstawowej. 4. The subject of the industrial design is presented in illustrations where: variant I is shown in: - fig. 1 perspective view of the cross in variant I, - fig. 2 central fragment of the cross in variant I, variant II is shown in: - fig. 3 perspective view of the cross in variant II, - fig. 4 central fragment of the cross in variant II, variant III is shown in: - fig. 5 perspective view of the cross in variant III, - fig. 6 central fragment of the cross in variant III, The cross is presented in three variants: variant I, variant II, variant III, Variation I is presented in fig. 1 and fig. 2. The cross in variant I consists of two layers of acid-resistant stainless steel and the individual elements are joined by welding or gluing. The surface of the base layer is satin-finished and has a matte appearance and the surface of the top layer is polished and has a shiny appearance. The top layer consists of four angle bars spaced apart from each other in such a way that they create gaps to the base layer. In variant I, these gaps run along the longitudinal axis of the cross arms and are formed by four angle bars spaced apart from each other. Variation II is shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 4. In this variant, the cross has all the features of variant I, but has an additional gap created in the central part of the cross by angle bars cut at a 45° angle and chamfered. The satin surface of this gap creates a checkerboard pattern. Variation III is shown in Fig. 5 and Fig. 6. In this variant, the cross has all the features of variant II, but has a crystal inserted in the gap created in the central part. Essential features of the pattern: 1. The cross consists of two layers. 2. The top layer is formed by angle bars. 3. The top layer angles are arranged in such a way that they create gaps to the base layer. 4.
