Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Nowa postac przedmiotu przejawia sie w ksztalcie, wlasciwosciach powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których Fig. 1 ilustruje pojemnik auto zapachu w widoku od frontu, natomiast, Fig. 2 przedstawia pojemnik auto zapachu w widoku perspektywicznym z boku. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze pojemnik auto zapachu, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym posiada obudowe, wewnatrz której znajduje sie substancja zapachowa. Obudowa ma ksztalt bryly o zarysie splaszczonego jablka. Scianki obudowy maja zaokraglona linie, rozszerzajaca sie ku górze zaopatrzona u góry i dolu we wkleslosci. Scianki obudowy sa wypukle i wykonane sa z materialu o gladkiej i lsniacej powierzchni. Scianki osadzone sa w okalajacym obudowe pasie. Powierzchnia pasa jest po bokach zaokraglona i rozszerza sie ku górze obudowy, zas u jej dolu i góry zaopatrzona jest we wkleslosci. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the object, suitable for multiple reproduction. The new form of the object is manifested in the shape and surface properties. The subject of the design is presented in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 illustrates the car fragrance container in a front view, while Fig. 2 shows the car fragrance container in a perspective view from the side. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design include that the car fragrance container, in accordance with the industrial design, has a housing, inside which there is a fragrance substance. The housing has the shape of a block with the outline of a flattened apple. The walls of the housing have a rounded line, widening upwards, provided with concavities at the top and bottom. The walls of the casing are convex and made of a material with a smooth and shiny surface. The walls are embedded in a belt surrounding the casing. The surface of the belt is rounded on the sides and widens towards the top of the casing, while at its bottom and top it is provided with concavities. The sides of the belt are provided with holes, while the top has a styling element connected by a crossbar of the ice cream cone with leaves.
